I reached out to Sewer Time after being in a house for 3.5 years with severe septic tank backups, as the homeowner I had no idea what the problem was and inherited it as a secret gift from the previous owner. The system that was onsite was reported to be from 1981 and had some sketchy notes in the permit application. Sewer time was able to come out to survey and diagnose my system’s problems, which turned out to be severe.

It was found that odd angles and adaptations had been made to the plumbing coming from my house, and that my septic tank was in hydraulic failure and was overwhelming the dry well that was installed in the 80s. It was also later found out during the dig that the back end of my actual septic tank precast concrete had a huge hole that was buried and concealed by the previous team. The diagnosis was to dig to the tank, repair any systems that could be repaired, and divert the drain into a new seepage pit. Bonus note, they were also able to repair my current septic tank and discouraged spending unnecessary money on a new tank.

Travis and Mike completed the entire job minus some small details, just the two of them. These guys are some of the kindest, most hard-working people I have ever met and some of the most reliable contractors. These two guys interacted with me and my family while we worked through this huge repair and were nothing but pleasant.

The scale of the job and the orientation of my backyard required a 14’ section of my brick wall to be removed to allow a larger excavator into the back yard to complete the job. I was concerned that it would be difficult to find and get another contractor to come for a small section repair like that, but Sewer Time was able to take care of the issue providing me with viable options to replace the wall or install a vehicle gate and was completed in a timely manner.

Overall, for how huge of a job this was and what a vital repair it was to my house and quality of life, I would 100% recommend using Server Time. These guys are legit.

Experienced a drain field failure on my 41 year old home. I contacted Paradine Services and they were able to come out and give me information about my drain field and options for replacement. I opted to have them take care of installing the new one. They did a fantastic job. They communicated everything that would happen up front, gave accurate estimates on pricing, and then took care of everything from getting the necessary permits and soil tests done to removing the old system and installing the new one. Very happy with the service and job performed and would recommend them to anyone in the area that needs any type of work done to their septic system.

Was having water heater problems and went thru Lowe's.
Patrick came out to install the water heater. He was on time, very knowledgeable, professional, and did excellent work.

So refreshing to have an honest plumber! Stevan was early to the appointment. He was extremely articulate and explained everything . After scoping the line with camera explained there was no issues with line and showed us the video. Other plumbers told us that the line was all deteriorated and needed replacement and told us it was all original cast iron when in reality it was 90% new ABS. Thank you, Stevan! Restored our faith that honest tradesmen do still exist!

I had a terrible leak one morning when I was rushing off to work and had no clue what to do next. I contacted rooter ranger after seeing all the great reviews on google and word of mouth from a friend of mine. Luckily, ranger Bobby was there to save the day! He was efficient, extremely knowledgeable, and made the whole process seem way more manageable than I thought it could be! He broke down my specific problem and went through the process with me step by step so I understood exactly what would be done and when. Not only was there a timely estimate, but well worth the cost and the effort. I haven’t had a problem since, and I know it’s because of all the hard work Bobby and the entire rooter ranger team put in on my behalf. Not that I wish plumbing troubles on anyone, but if you do have an issue, I hope everyone gets a chance to use this company. They’re compassionate, clean, helpful, and eager to make a stressful situation easy and worry-free.

Called them first thing on a Monday morning, they told me they were busy from the weekend but she would try to get someone available. She called me thirty minutes later and told me Kevin would get there. Kevin showed up at eleven. It was very pleasant to have someone prioritize my emergency, most places would have just put me on a waiting list. Kevin was very knowledgeable and fast. Would definitely use them again. Definitely a five star experience.

Everyone I spoke with was nice and professional. They told me a time frame and that I’d get a call when the plumber was on his way, and they followed through. The plumber was so friendly and quickly replaced my toilet. He even looked at another issue before he left and offered several solutions for me to decide how to handle things later. I would highly recommend them! I don’t plan to use any other plumber from now on

CAUTION, STAY AWAY!In January 2012, these guys, techs Tim & Rob, beat me out of $485 and destroyed 24 ft of underground sewer line that I had to replace. They ran a camera in my line and told me my piping was clay and recommended “jetting”. They ran the camera after “jetting” and told me all was well. 4 days later the line backed up again. They sent a different tech out who told me there was nothing he could do; my line was filled with mud which meant there were holes in the pipe. I was quoted a ballpark of $2,200 to repair the 24’ line. I got a couple of laborers and we dug it up ourselves, turns out the pipe wasn’t clay, but a material called “Orangeburg” which cannot stand up to the high pressure of jetting. Tends to blow big holes in the pipe; I know this because Tim and Rob told me.I called them to come inspect the pipe once it was uncovered, but they ignored me.I replace the line myself with new ABS and kept the old pipes (smelly, disgusting, health hazard) for 2 weeks for inspection, but I couldn’t get a response. I did get one call back from a woman named Amy who asked me to fax over all invoices and info and said they would get right back to me. I was asking for my $485 back and an additional $250 toward labor cost, which I thought was reasonable. I never heard from anyone again.Certified mail is returned unsigned; I filed a small claims suit but can’t get anyone served due to bogus address on ROC and ACC websites. A complaint filed with the Registrar of Contractors has also been ignored. These guys are really slippery, but I will continue to pursue them any way I can until they make this right.Read the terms and conditions on the back of the invoice they have you sign. It says disputes must be litigated in Pinal County. Nice, huh? I cannot locate the person in Pinal listed with the state as the Statutory Agent, like I said, really slippery.

Adrian did a great job diagnosing our problem with no water. Even though he suspected what the issue was he approached the problem by the book identifying his steps to us along the way. He ended up replacing our water softener system that had been in place and overdue for replacement. Not only was his work straight and the solder joints nice he also swept out the space where the old one was in so when he left it looked better than when he got there. If that wasn't enough he also took a peek behind our washing machine and suggested we replace the rubber hoses with stainless steel ones to avoid unexpected issues especially as we are looking forward to some travel. Sunset Septic made an appointment for a week out from the call for service. On the appointment date they had given a 2 hour timeframe. I called to check on the estimated time of arrival at 1 hour past the given timeframe. Receptionist stated that she would check with the technician on where he was at and call right back. They didn’t call “right back” so I called them after an additional 35 minutes and was put on hold. Receptionist said the technician was assigned an emergency pump out and would now be an additional 3-4 hours. I understand things happen and would have been just fine if anyone would have simply picked up a phone to keep from wasting my time. They obviously took the higher paying emergency job. No one from Sunset Septic EVER called us. We cancelled our appointment due to poor communication and customer service.

The personnel staff were very friendly and helpful when I called them. The technician that came out was very professional and answered questions. He also took time and cleaned up as he went along. Keith did an excellent job. Very knowledable.of his job. And proud to work for his company. I would very highly recommend them to any one. Thank you keith.
