Best Home Repairs in Phoenix AZ

On December 26th, 2022, I recently had to put in a claim with my home warranty company for an electrical issue; Breaker box was buzzing loudly as i turned on the heater to my home and some outlets had lost power. The company my Home Warranty had as a contractor was closed (26th) and due to the issue being electrical related, this made me very uneasy as I hear horror stories about electrical fires all the time. I did a google search and found Simple Electric was open and got in contact with Bree Street, their Scheduling Assistant. I told Bree about my issue and she spoke with her manager to see if they could do an over the phone consult due to what was going on with my home; Bree was able to get me in contact with their, electrician Bryce Mongillo. Bryce called me immediately and walked me through pre-cautionary measures for what was going on and assisted me with any questions I had. Both Bree and Bryce were extremely professional and compassionate and I wish they were the company to respond to my house to fix whatever issue is going on with my breaker box/electrical. The contact with this company was very pleasant and just from this short contact, I cant express how positive it was. Thank you very much Bryce, Bree and Simple Electric.

My tenants just got a new stove but the outlet stopped working so they couldn’t use it. It was the weekend and they were not happy. Tommy from T&K came out on a Saturday, and as soon as I called, to assess the problem and promptly fixed it. He communicated with me every step of the way and explained everything to me. I will definitely use this company to fix my next electrical problem.

When we filled in our sunken living room floor, Star Light Electric came to our rescue raising up the electric outlets near the floor. They did an excellent job in a timely manner at a reasonable price. We will use them again for other electrical work.

I called them because my GFI in the kitchen blew, I thought I could replace it myself, but it didn't work. He came out and told me that I had my wires crossed. He charged me nothing for the inspection, but offered to fix it for me. Very courteous and professional. Will use again and recommend to anyone who needs electrical help.

Mike really knows he's doing. He diagnosed the cause of my clothes dryer not working in about 10 minutes. First, let me say, he went out of his way to squeeze an appointment in for me, which is GREAT! Next, he was extremely professional and amazingly adept in figuring out exactly what the problem was. He was in and out within AN HOUR and at a fair price, too! Excellent service; Highly recommend :)

Coppertown Electric is awesome!! What I thought was an air conditioning problem ended up being an electrical issue. Two other companies ended up being a nightmare (not to mention a waste of time & money) before Jerry, Garrett, & Coppertown Electric saved the day (and the summer!) We hired an AC company because we thought we had an AC issue, but they referred us to their electrician. Well, their electrician couldn't fix it and neither could their friend's electrician company. Frustrated, we decided to look online where we found Coppertown Electric based off of Google reviews and the fact they are a small, local non-corporate business. Coppertown Electric lived up to their 5 star reviews with professionalism, politeness, fair prices, and excellent customer service! Amanda was super-friendly, answered the phone right away, and she prioritized our electrical issue to being able to have electricians knocking on our door within an hour. Jerry and Garrett were both super-friendly, humorous, and very knowledgeable. Being without AC in Arizona is like a fish without water, we cannot live without it, especially with a 4-month-old baby! Thankfully, Coppertown came and saved the day by fixing our electrical issue that the other two companies couldn't figure out! Jerry is fluent in Spanish and after he fixed our AC actually helped my neighbor who was having some car issues. It was also nice that Jerry is a veteran and he conversed with my father who is a vet that doesn't talk to anyone other than veterans. Coppertown Electric is whom I refer to those who I care about that need electricity! My only regret is not finding them sooner!

Five stars! Installed a new outlet for the new softener. Spent hours tracking down a hard to find electric short caused by a RAT. Very persistent. Wouldn’t quit until found and fixed the problem.

Gabe is excellent! I called and left a message he text back within 15 minutes. I text back letting him know what we are needing. He let me know he has a family emergency but can help as soon as family members showed up at the hospital. I informed him family first. He came over in about 2 hours hooked up our washer and dryer. This is my second time using Coltech Electrical Services. that tells you I was happy with the first services. Brian put in a ceiling fan/light in my living room that has a cathedral ceiling. He even had to go into the attic on this AZ summer day with no complaints. He did troubleshooting on a patio outlet. My fan looks wonderful where he placed it, I was way off from where I thought it would go. Brian is very professional, friendly, and even puts up with my five dogs and one grandson. When the job is done he has cleaned up the area so good you can't tell any work was done. I'll be calling Coltech with all my future electrical needs.

Ernesto from George Brazil Plumbing and Electrical came out to our house to conduct an annual plumbing inspection. He was a total professional at all times and gave expert advice on our plumbing needs. I would highly recommend him and George Brazil to my neighbors and friends.

David was prompt, courteous and professional. He fixed a broken switch and added two other timer switches. The job was done well, he kept us informed as he worked. We will use Rich Electrical Services for any future jobs.

Wang's service technician, Nathan Thomas, notified me what time he would arrive, and he arrived on time. He was focused, efficient, and knowledgeable. He explained to me what needed to be done. The fee was more than reasonable and he would not accept a tip. I highly recommend his and Wang Electric Systems.
