I had termites in my home and was scared out of my mind as to how to treat it and what it would cost. Lisa came to my home and did a thorough inspection and explained the treatment plan with me. She was very friendly and extremely informative. I had received a few other quotes but decided to go with this company because of how friendly and professional Lisa was when she came to my house. Wayne came over to treat my house. He was also very friendly and professional. He spent three and a half hours completing the treatment. He did a great job! I am very happy with this company and would recommend them to anyone with termites. Thank you!

Michael our exterminator was always extremely dependable at my properties, and does wonderful work. I am cancelling my contract because the office cannot solve the web accessibility problem I have, despite numerous calls. What a waste of time.

Pest Control

The technician, Shane, was very professional and he actually found the wasp nests and additional insect nests when 2 other companies could not!

We live in Central phoenix and have a two story home with a flat roof and parapet walls around the perimeter. The roof is easily accessed through a sky window. We had had an ongoing bee problem from the previous year that we believe is a direct result of living in downtown Phoenix in a flood irrigated area. Citrus trees, Desert trees, all part of the charm of where we live, do not mind the bees just not fond of them being in the house.
We had asked the gentlemen who came out to let us know what he found on our flat roof. Technician came down and told us that he had killed the hive and that the hive contained over 60 pounds of honey. Both my husband and I were upset as we would have liked the option to have the hive removed by a bee keeper rather than to have just killed the hive.
We talked to the owner directly who apologized to us both. He also told us the technician had found serious infestation into the structural part of our home that would need extensive work to open the roof and walls to completely eradicate the issue to the stated cost of thousands. We opted to pay the bill and take care of the hive issue ourselves.
Imagine our surprise when we inspected the roof and found no issues whatsoever! No hive, no holes in our roof, no dried up hive, nothing. I forgot to mention that we have previously covered over every pipe or penetration on our roof with hardware wire cloth and screen to prevent insects into our attic. All of that was still intact. $350+ to have someone come into our home and tell us lies, not good.
We will not be using them again.

Very rude customer service, trying to call because I have so many cockroaches in my house, the lady hanged up, what a rude lady please find someone else who can receive calls and appointments.

The owner of the company came very soon after I called to diagnose my problem. She was very knowledgeable regarding pests. I am so glad to now have my many roof vents critter-proofed.

Lived in AZ for twenty yrs. & when I saw a HUGE nest of African Bees making my home theirs, I went into a panic!!! Thank goodness I made the right call to BEEKEEPER to correct this problem. Fernando came out to not only correct this problem but also took the time to explain their history. I am totally impressed with this co.& would recommend both the co. & Fernando to anyone with this problem....TY

Great!!!!

I used this company since I needed an inspection due to refinancing my home. The only complaint that I have is this - the report that I received which was 1 page turned out to be not sufficient enough and now it is holding up my loan process. I explained I needed the inspection for refinancing so the gentleman should have known the correct report to send so I could forward. I had to call another company to come out and expedite the correct report since the current company could not do it for two more weeks.
