Renco has repaired my roof twice and has repaired the roofs of friends and family. My favorite thing about them is that they are trustworthy.

Brown roofing was recommended to me by a personal friend who does high end interior remodeling. I know his work and trusted his recommendation. We had the underlayment done on our tile roof. The estimate was fair, the work was completed at time promised, and the cleanup was outstanding. I highly recommend Brown Roofing.

I'd like to post a 5 star review for Lyons Roofing. I've used this company several times in the past few years and have found them to always be very responsive and professional. During the rain we had this week I had a pesky leak in my garage in an area where they had previously worked. They responded right away and spent several hours tracking it down and repairing it. It turned out the leak had nothing to do with their previous work but, nonetheless they refused to charge me for the repair. Kudos to Jeremey, JT and Matt. Great customer service guys.

Work was done professionally and as promised.
Clean up was good but they should not use blower to blow small bits into grass.

Jerry was great and provided comprehensive advise. The roofers were on time, provided quality service. The roofing installation also included removal and reinstall of solar panels, which was managed by Stonecreek as well. Great service and thank you

After 2 experiences involving 2 different types of roofing materials and installations, I would highly recommend this company for their expertise in analyzing a problem, pricing, timely response, cleanliness and total professionalism. Excellent company and employees.

I was out of town when I was notified by my wife about a leak in our roof. Unfortunately it was a Sunday, and knew I would not get someone to come out right away. I did however place an inquiry online and Alex responded the very next day. He not only called me, but followed up with an email with what more than likely was going on based on their vast experience working on roofs with solar panels.

Within a few days, we had a great guy by the name of Chris come to the home. He called prior to coming which was helpful as to make sure he wasn't missed. While there Chris was courteous and professional. He spoke to my mother in law and explained what he needed to do. I also got a call from Alex to go over the exact details.

I approved the work and Chris got right to work. He was quick, clean, and knew what he was doing. I was relieved to see that I was working with an honest and professional company. The quote that was sent to me prior to them even coming out was spot on. They didn't try to oversell me, but just give my family and I, peace of mind.

I normally would say I would do business again with Castile, but I hope I don't have any more roof issues. I would however give them 5 STARS and recommend them to anyone needing roof work.

I had a 12,000 square foot re-roof job done at my Paradise Valley home by Patterson and it was mired in trouble from the beginning. Delays, horrible communication, and the worst part was that the workmanship and finish were very bad. We also had workers showing up at random times in the evenings without notice walking on our roof which made us concerned. Owner offered (in writing mind you) to fix the poor quality finishes to only backtrack because I wouldn't remove my online reviews (have that in writing too). Professionalism and integrity lacking here. We regret choosing Patterson roofing. Now we need to pay another firm to fix his mistakes. But if we do, they won't honor the 15 year warranty we paid for. Buyer beware!

I hate getting home repairs done, so was REALLY not looking forward to replacing my roof. I am so thankful I selected Phoenix Roofing And Remodeling because Mike made the whole process seamless and easy. The team was so quick and did a great job! I really, really appreciated that Mike followed through and did everything on time without me having to place any calls or write emails, which is my biggest pain point in having work done. I wholeheartedly recommend this company!

Chet Carroll with Multi-Pro Roof Solutions was able to take care of our needs quickly and efficiently. He/they assisted with putting together a claim that was effective and eventually lead to the replacement of the shingles and drip line. We had minor roof damage due to a microburst on January 25. We noticed some loose tiles on the roof so we called Clyde Hardacker and asked for an inspection. He came out the next day and inspected our roof. He found no problem as the tiles were from our neighbors. He did find some roof tip shingles loose so he replaced them right on the spot. The charge was minimal. He has done previous work for us, by replacing flat roof top on our patio and front door overhang. I would definitely recommend him and will use him in the future. After we made the painful decision to replace our existing metal roof, my husband an I wanted to hire a roofing company that only constructed metal roofs—experts in the field. We are pleased with our decision to have Vertex Metal Roofing do the job for us.

The company’s professionalism was first evident in the analysis by Korbyn Brock of our previous roof’s problems. Then his subsequent presentation of Vertex standing seam products and installation methods helped convince us that those problems would not occur in the future. No question went unanswered.

The cost of the job was expensive and took 5 weeks to complete. Not a criticism…just a fact. We have a hip roof with nearly 7000 square feet of metal between the roof and soffit panels. That’s why choosing the right company is so important. Metal will last a lifetime. But the roof can fail if not designed and installed properly. Accessibility and communication are also key. After the job started Korbyn stayed in touch as did the head foreman, Jim Conway. But the main communication was taken over by Marco Cobos, the site foreman. I can’t praise him highly enough. He calmly and consistently responded to any questions or concerns during the job. If we didn’t like something, then he fixed it or did it over until we were satisfied. He worked hands on with his great crew.

Then, the week after the job was completed we were blessed with a light rain that revealed seams on two gutters that were dripping and holding water. Upon communicating this to the head foreman, Jim(who responded within minutes), we were assured the problem would be resolved. Jim came out personally to assess the situation and the following week Marco came out personally to redo the seams on those gutters. He also checked every seam on EVERY gutter around the house. To me, that’s a sign of a truly reputable company—one that doesn’t make excuses for a problem but apologizes, takes responsibility and then makes it right.

Needless to say we would recommend Vertex to anyone interested in purchasing a metal roof. Their performance has made us confident that this will be the last roof we’ll ever need.
