Anthony Mata was our technician, and he was awesome, arrived in a timely manner, worked hard for 30 minutes with a difficult home warranty company, before he could even get started, then came up with a great creative solution. When he was finished with the repairs, he cleaned up the mess and debris REALLY well! Definitely will use them again and refer to others!

Hays is the best!We purchased a new home that, unfortunately, had many problems with the original HVAC installation. Hays has been fantastic about finding and fixing problems with this system so it will work perfectly in the future. Their technician, Dayton, found a leak in my coolant line today that would have likely resulted in a major problem (like the AC going out on a hot summer day). Dayton is clearly an expert, like all the Hays techs, and it gives us peace of mind knowing they are looking after our HVAC system. Thanks, Hays!!!

Great experience with this company. Nathan W. was our tech and he invited me to watch him work. He explained everything along the way. As a new Penguin Air customer, this was refreshing as I could see that everything he was saying made sense because he would tell me what we were looking for before he tested a component. I have used several other companies in residential and business settings and this is truly the first company that I have trust to do my work on my home. Excellent job!

I flushed my Rinnai tankless water heater per manufactures instructions and ended up with no hot water this weekend. I am contractor myself and tried everything I could to fix it on my own with absolutely no luck. Finally on a Sunday evening after trying to convince my wife that a cold shower is a good thing :-) I caved and called API expecting to leave a message and I was shocked when Rick called me back before I had the chance. Rick was great, I explained what I did and he came out and fixed it in under an hour! Extremely helpful and fair. I found them on Rinnai website and glad I did, thanks!

We decided to call this service after our main pipe was accidentally drilled into. Robert was willing to take on the job and came out right on time to provide a diagnosis and quote to fix. His communication was great and he explained everything which was reassuring and he also provided options. The same day service was phenomenal. We have running water again! Highly recommend! A++!

He took his time making sure that his work was thorough and correct. Without asking, he even added extra notes to my invoice as he knew I would be submitting it to the city for reimbursement. I have worked with Danny for nearly 20 years. Danny is the definition of an Old School Plumber. He is thorough and pays attention to the details. Indoors or outdoors he knows his stuff. Rhonda (his wife) manages his office just as well. They are a Perfect example of a successful small business!

The first time I used them was to install a new toilet which I had purchased. Since that installation, no issues with the new toilet.
The second time, I called 1-800 Plumber & Air of Scottsdale was immediately after a small piece of plastic was accidentally flushed down one of my toilets causing a water blockage. This occurred right before a major holiday, Thanksgiving, when it is super hard to find a plumber to come out. Fortunately, I was lucky enough to get on the schedule. The same dynamic plumber dual, a father and son team, arrived the next day. Problem solved and plastic out! I also had them repair a leaky knob on a sink faucet. Kudos to you Rodney and Garrett!!

Scott and Sam came out to clear our clogged kitchen sink drain. Unlike other plumbers we've tried, there was no BS whatsoever. They ran the camera and showed me the build-up in the pipe. Then they ran the snake and cleared the drain pipe. Very professional! I would highly recommend them, and will definitely use their services again. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

We've had a maintenance plan with Desert Diamond for a few years, and they've always been fantastic. Just completed our winter maintenance, and Joe was great! He was super knowledgeable and nice! He made sure to mention a few things to keep an eye on so we keep our system running and in good condition. Their team is always on time and has never missed an appointment. Our old AC- Furnace died. There were some problems with the correct tonnage ordered by our home warranty company. People can praise great service when everything goes without a hitch. The real proof is how they respond to problems. Chase managed to get the correct unit for installation the next day! And brought us a great heater to keep our house warm yesterday and last night. They are indeed the Best!

Klein Heating and cooling has been amazing helping me update my new home. They have been prompt, friendly and honest. Everything has been explained to me clearly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber. They have made moving in to an older home with problems much easier.

This is the first time we have used Sun Devil Heating and cooling. We first called for service on a 1994 Trane unit, it had a leak, the technician found the leak, tried to add Freon but it kept leaking out,. He gave us the cost to fix and cost for new unit. Tech did a great job. We checked around, and found the price to be very competitive. We agreed to a new unit, the install was scheduled, rescheduled when no one showed up (we were not called), the crew showed up two plus hours late to install. My only concern on install was that the tech did a terrible job insulating the outside line, and left a mess at the site. The inside air handler has about 2 inches of tape connecting the air handler and ductwork, I was told the shop does their own fabrication for installs, I guess that's what I expected. The crew did not bring the new thermostat promised, so that came the next day several hours after scheduled (no call). I was just leaving when the tech drove up. I'm happy with the product, it performs well. Paul M.
