B3 refrigeration was the only HVAC who was willing to come over in order to install a solid state contactor that I bought as our old one was making a lot of noise when engaging.

Other companies didn't know about that or weren't familiar with it and plainely refused to do it or wanted to install a old style.

B3 sent Tim over and even though he never installed one before he was smart enough to figure it out and installed it in no time while explaining what he was doing.

I'm a DIY person and I was thrilled on how he explained things and we had a good talk while he installed the contactor.

Summer is almost over now and the new contactor acted like a champ.

I had a heating issue that a technician came to fix a week ago but the issue came back days later. I’m glad I got Cooling Men this time. He was very thorough and identified the root cause that the previous technician missed. Not only did he fix the issue, he explained it in a way that was easy to understand and told me 3 ways I could make sure my AC unit functions more efficiently.

Very disappointed with them. I purchased a brand new AC from Marlin a few years ago. With temps over 107, I am sitting in heat. Every single year, since purchasing the new unit, something has gone wrong. Many times the repair was not covered under warranty. Although I didn't want a citrus tree, something smells like a lemon.

Who wants to bet that management won't respond to this comment?! Only compliments acknowledged, hmmm...

With this Arizona heat it's almost impossible to live without an A/C, so, when ours went out, we were miserable. Thankfully, Nick came to our rescue.
