If you live in a hot climate like AZ, it’s essential to have a reliable and trustworthy air conditioning company like Larson Air. We’ve been customers of Larson Air for the past few years, and have always been impressed with their team. Their response time is quick and they show up when they say they will. They are professional, friendly, responsible and reliable. They work hard to get the job done right. We recently had to get a new air conditioner for our home, and the Larson Air team was great every step of the way, even when we ran into snags and problems. Outdoor condenser was tripping circuit breaker. As a maintenance plan customer, called for service and Juan came out on a Saturday. Diagnosed and replaced parts and voila back up and running. He was great, personable, explained what he was checking and doing, made me feel comfortable. Overall pleased with him and the service he provided.

Owner , Dustin, called at 8 am and said he would be out that day to install my new water heater. I asked him if he would be doing it himself. He said yes. I informed him I would like to be here during installation. Hours went by and I finally got a text at 2pm stating someone is going to my house now. The tech actually was already at my house my babysitter told me. I was very upset. I should have been called BEFORE someone was at my house and a time should have been discussed. I am not just sitting around my house all day waiting for someone to show up with no notice. I informed him I was not home and I specifically told him I wanted to be there. Also, I was upset he sent some other tech after he told me he would be doing it himself. I agreed to let that technician take out the heater and I would be home by the time the other one went in. I arrived at home to find nothing had been done. I had to call him when I got home and asked him why it wasn't removed. He said he sent the tech to another job. I asked him again if this is going to be done today. He said YES! However, 5:00 comes around with no call from Dustin. He text me at 5:00 asking if I needed it done tonight or can it wait until tomorrow. I text him back and said I really need it tonight. I have been without hot water for 3 days already. I have 4 kids and we all need a shower. Five minutes later I got a phone call from someone else in his company , since he didn't want to tell me himself, saying a technician had a death in the family and could not do it tonight. Really?! 5 minutes late all the sudden their is a death?! He was just hoping I would let him off the hook and tell him he could come tomorrow morning and when I didn't say that he made his buddy call me with a an excuse. What a horrible excuse. At least be honest. I was extremely upset. I called the next day and Dustin was very rude could clearly care less about customer service. I ended up having to find another company to do the work. Luckily the next company was AWESOME! He could have had a customer for life if he could have just been honest and followed through with what he told me he was doing. He has now not only lost my business but he has lost my grandma's as well (who was a previous customer). We will be taking all our business to the new company I found.

They came out to look at my HVAC system after I called them with a problem. They were quick and effective, and their solution to my issue worked perfectly.

Phil, Jesus & Corey were great! Professional, pleasant, informative, accommodating and meticulous. Looking at a new HVAC install at a rental property and have specifically requested these guys perform the job! They were just terrific!!!

Woke up on Sunday morning to a cold house.  I called Best Air, and Guy was at our house within the hour.  Fixed our furnace and thermometer promptly, and explained everything to me.  His prices are reasonable, and I would highly recommend him!

I cannot recommend Roy's Air Conditioning & Heating enough! This family owned business was more than accommodating. From initial questions and consultation to communication, pricing, and scheduling. I have been meaning to replace my old A/C unit in preparation for Summer 2023 and these guys came through. I highly recommend!

Brian has been our go to for A/C maintenance and urgent repairs at both of our homes for several years now. We will never have to look elsewhere again. His professionalism, promptness (on site within an hour or so) and attention to detail speaks for itself. He always exceeds our expectations. He's a rare find within the contracting industry to say the least. We highly recommend Brian for all of your HVAC troubles and needs.

Contacted him about an ac issue and within a half hour he had us up and running, an absolute life saver and a friendly attitude to boot.

DJ did a tremendous job, the weather was going to be extremely hot today, but he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of early in the morning before the heat of the day.

This all started in Jan when heat went out. Took several techs and warranty company saying its velox and couldn't a hold of them to finally getting a new unit in march. Here we are in June the thermostat is set at 77 house is climbing to 82 . Called 2x to request service and no call back at all had to call another hvac co . Who immediately called back and is coming in the morning oh and our system under warranty still. But can't get velox to call back . Customer service is horrible. I thought was warranty company . Now I wonder if it was velox . And the new hvac system is too small for our home! New contactor came out his exact words this is a 3 ton you should have a 5 ton for this region and excessive heat and the size of your home warta that this will cause catastrophic damage to the system I have it in writing .Now in order for it to keep cool we have to water down coils on new system! My question is why knowing our home is over 2000 sq. Ft why was a 3 ton put in when at min should've been 5 ton. Initially I was happy to have the new system and trusted the techs that put it in. Now here we are with a system too small for our home! And still no call back from velox! So I guess filing complaint with contractor board is going to be our next step and the bbb . I also have a full report from a reputable hvac company who came out and took 1 look and immediately knew system was too small.
