I am very happy with my new garage door. It is the first one I have ever had and I was really nervous about how it would look, but it looks amazing! It was also super easy to install, which made me feel very comfortable about the process.

After my AC motor went bad they were able to do a quick fix when everyone else couldn't get out for a few days. Afterwords unit was struggling to cool back down since it was without ac for more than a day. They went the extra mile to check out that everything was in order and even helped me clean it out. After contacting AirZona to service my A/C they emailed me right away to schedule a time to come over and let me know up front what the service was going to provide, its cost and the name of the serviceman who would contact me.The service on my A/C was top notch because their serviceman repaired some wiring and sealed an open seam in my return air duct that was leaking cool air without any additional charge. AWESOME !! Since my experience with AirZona I have referred them to friends and family who have also used them and were equally impressed.

After I made phone call, German came to my home very quickly to estimate it. He gave me an unbeatable price. I just couldn’t deny his offer. Next day, he sent four technicians to my home, they kept working 11 hours without a break to get two ac units installed. I m very satisfied with their work. I had multiple issues with my unit. One of the parts that tested good failed the very next day. Tom and Trevor did troubleshooting and were able to get to the root of the problem. They went above and beyond and worked tremendously to resolve the issues! You won’t find another company that is honest, dependable, compassionate, and fair. The Tech, Guys Sweet, was very proficient, he worked hard in this heat and repaired my unit by replacing capacitors and doing some minor repairs. My air conditioner is working beautifully. I really appreciate Absolute Heating, Cooling & Refrigeration. I recommend them.

The installer did not install a thermostat that had a common wire which our unit required and also left some wire not connected or connected inappropriately. The was discovered after we found the heater was not working even after the installer came back out to fix the issue - he was not able to fix the issue and eventually told us to contact a different company refusing to come back out. After calling a new company an appropriate thermostat was installed, wires were connected appropriate and the unit is working as it should.
