We returned home late (~9pm) from being out of town to find the house interior at 98 degrees. We have two little ones and needed the issue fixed asap. I called three A/C repair companies who couldn't come for at least a day. I reached out to Semper Fi who had a tech at the house within 2hrs. Tech William S. found the issue and had us up and running within 15 mins. For a guy who had been working for 12+ hours already, he was professional and great to work with. I highly recommend Semper Fi!

I called Bosch Repair Phoenix approximately 2:45pm today to scheduled a appointment for today. They confirmed an appointment between 5-8pm. As I had an unexpected machine failure, I accepted the appointment and rearranged my evening (canceled a dinner appointment) to be home for the appointment About 3 hours later I get a call telling me they have been unable to reach their Tech (he is not answering his phone), but they will keep trying to contact him, and they will call me back once they do. 8pm has come and gone, I received no call, and no one showed up to fix my machine.
Incredibly poor Customer Care, clearly demonstrating they do not care about their Customers!

The staff members were very down to earth and easy to talk to. My friend referred me and said that it was a smart move financially, saved money and installation wasn't a pocket breaker. Many of my neighbors have gotten it done and continue to as they move in. The company is great and very accommodating, can't say anything negative they did their job and did it well.
