Our drain issues consisted of the bathroom and kitchen sink. We called Penguin Air & Plumbing and had an appointment the same day, today, 12.16.18. The technician who came out was very professional, polite, etc... (Chad), however after attempting to snake the drain in the bathroom, he emerged to tell me that due to the connector of the pipes being even and one not higher than the other, all he could do was cut into the wall and add a cleanout to it. My husband then inquired about trying to go through the kitchen sink pipes to unclog it and we were told that it would not make a difference, the outcome would be the same. After refusing the scenario of cutting a hole into the wall, we inquired about replacing the stopper in the bathroom sink, a quote of $370+ for that was also refused. All in all, Chad was in our home for about 40 minutes. Well, shortly after Chad left, we contacted George Brazil. Not only was our technician (Ron) professional and polite, but he got the job done in less than an hour by going through both the bathroom and kitchen pipes. The stopper in the bathroom sink was replaced for $150.00 less than quoted by Chad. All in all, I think if Chad had made an attempt to go through the kitchen pipes as was asked by my husband then the job would have been completed then, instead of us having to pay another company to come out and do it. Going forward, if we have any other issues in relation to plumbing or air, will definitely have to go with George Brazil. Although I am in no way experienced in plumbing, the fact that someone else was able to come in with the same tools and fix the issue leaves me to believe that either Chad was incompetent and/or is in need of additional training.

I signed up for Hobaica's free home inspection for electrical and plumbing for my Mom's park model in ViewPoint Resort. Ian was on time, efficient and very personable. He found one of our hot water tanks was leaking and confirmed what I had called about, replacing an outdoor electrical outlet and fixing the light switch in our shed. We received a quote and were scheduled in a few days to have the work done.

Ian and Arron were a great team to watch. They worked first to drain and remove the old hot water tank and connections, then installed the new tank with all new connections, including a connection to drain the tank (if necessary in the future). I was also happy to have the outdoor electrical outlet and light switch in the shed fixed. That evening the porch lamp came on with the timer and I had the first shower from the new hot water tank. This was the first time we used Hobaica and I was impressed by the quality of the work and the people I communicated with throughout the process. I highly recommend them.

I cannot day enough good things about this company and Gabe. I had both units go down and Gabe came out on short notice and had them up and running in no time. He explained what he did and what was going on and was a straight shooter. Honesty and Integrity are huge qualities I value and Gabe and his company must have those as their core values and truly live by that motto. I have my HVAC company for life. Thanks Gabe!!!!

our AC at the store went out of a few weeks ago and at the warehouse it gets extremely hot and we called them and within the next day they started working. Brett came out for a water heater flush and general plumbing system review. He worked quickly and efficiently, recommended some minor changes and overall left me with confidence that things were good. I have never had any issue with Goettl, but Brett was one of the best they ever sent.

This company did an amazing thing for myself and my family. Our AC went out about a week before we were to have our daughter's 1st birthday party at our home. With 50+ people planned to be there, we were in a huge rush to get this fixed. Through our Home Warranty, the first two companies couldn't come out to diagnose the issue for almost a week and I was lucky to get 1st Choice Mechanical as my 3rd contractor. Mike (owner/operator) called me within the hour (after normal work hours) and came the very next morning. He was able to diagnose the issue, which turned out that then entire unit was bad and danger for leak in the attic. He was able to show pictures of the evidence of these issues to prove he was not just trying to make a sale. Him and his son were able to get the entire outside and in the attic unit installed and working by the day before the party. It's usually an unsure feeling when dealing with AC companies, but Mike really made me feel comfortable with his honesty and work ethic. This company will remain my go-to for AC issues (and other mechanical issues as well) and I will recommend them to all family and friends! Thank you for allowing us to have a nice cool home in time for the party!!!

I called several places to come and check my A/C. This company was professional on the phone and they got a technician to come quickly. I have an Airbnb with guests staying there. It was important to get it fixed quickly. Adam came out and was great. It turned out it was a simple fix. He could have found something much more expensive that was wrong but he was honest and had it fixed in 15 minutes. I will definitely call Adam again to fix our other properties when we need an A/C repaired.

Byron came out and repaired a bad drain installation that caused sewer smells in my bathroom. He also drained the water heater, checked the water pressure and tightened a nut on my faucet. I recommend Day and Night because of Byron. His knowledge of mobile homes and his pleasant personality will have me stay a customer.

The old AC was from a different company I always had issues with it and they were never willing to come take a look at it, they continued to make silly excuses for the next 6 months. I got fed up with it and looked for a different company Kind Mechanical was able to book me an appointment and come take a look at it that same day !! Frank himself was the one who assigned me to Ayax who took a look at my AC and replaced it that night. I’m in love with it now everything was so neat and organized ! It’s so crazy that this company had such had workers!

AC went out last week-end, and of course, it was a very stressful situation. I had 3 different AC companies come out and each told me the same thing. Just Air had the best finance option and were willing to meet or beat the price of the competition. One company stated that the Just Air price and schedule.would be just cutting corners. I ended up choosing Just Air for the work and they were just awesome. James in the field and Danielle in the office are a great team. I would recommend them to anyone.
