New to PHX and found Hays to be very friendly and responsive. They tracked down a tricky wiring issue with my A/C unit and repaired for a reasonable fee.

I had them come out to quote a garbage disposal replacement and a leaky toilet, probably a wax ring replacement. Just for the toilet alone was quoted at $1500.00 well over $600 for the disposal. Unbelievable! Watch out, I just saw the reply, there was no mention of any emergency disconnect valves...none. possible flange. Possible wax ring and maybe the valve stop. $1500 still unbelievable and unacceptable.

Was able to get an appointment for annual maintenance in just a few days. Donovan Rodgers was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and was finished in a timely manner.

They sent Aaron out to fix my ac. Only got 5 stars because 10 isn't an option.

On the install day they were on time, in uniform, everyone was clean, courteous, professional, and The whole thing went very well, smoothly, and they cleaned up after themselves. A&M provided me with honest and quick service. They worked with me to get the best deal possible on a new HVAC system. They were amazing in their ability to remove and install my new unit in very rough terrain. Their customer service is excellent. Since I was unable to be present during the installation, they kept me informed through phone calls, emails, texts, photos and videos. Considering the mess of installation, their cleaned up was immaculate. They have gone out of their way to provide help with every aspect of the a new system, and I can rest assured that they will help me maintain my system for years to come.

Our old AC- Furnace died. There were some problems with the correct tonnage ordered by our home warranty company. People can praise great service when everything goes without a hitch. The real proof is how they respond to problems. Chase managed to get the correct unit for installation the next day! And brought us a great heater to keep our house warm yesterday and last night. They are indeed the Best!

I want to give their team and the owner Frank a big thx’s . My husband and I contacted this company due to some of the reviews , and I‘m actually shocked to see how great the results were. They came out to give me an estimate last Tuesday, then had my ac up and running by Wednesday due to my crazy schedule . (I was so glad they were able to work around that as well). They really took interests in stuff which I thought were the problems , and from there they were able to explain the procedures they were going to do, which I was thankful for because I didn’t want them making adjustments I might’ve not approved . Thx you guys all sm!

They came out to our house quickly got the unit to start blowing again but did not check to see if it was blowing cold air. Charged is $350 and told us it would start cooling down but would take hours. After hours of waiting and the temperature was rising i called they assured me it would cool down. Again waited a few hours called back i left message since they didnt answer. They didnt bother calling me back so i called AGAIN. After explaining to the tech that we had to leave our home because it was too hot he said he'd be back the next morning at 6am and that we needed to.be there on time because he was going out of his way to come back to our house. Excuse me?! He should have made sure it was working properly the first time!!!! When he came back the next morning he discovered that our compressor went out and it was best if we would get a whole new unit which he quoted at $6250. Not only did he give us a very high quote since we found a better deal for $5100. But if just air had done a thorough exam of the unit the first time we wouldnt be out $350 we never would have had a unit worked on if we had to replace it anyway.
