The plenum fans this company manufactures are superb in several respects. All the bathrooms in my house have a Baikal Mechanical exhaust fan now. I no longer worry about air circulation issues, poor air quality, mold growth, etc. because of these fans. What a great buy!

Rosario arrived promptly and dis excellent work. His visit followed one by Ryan Makita , who, in evaluating our system, pointed out several things which could be problematical for us. B3 was sent out as the first contractor on an AC home warranty claim. They thoroughly assessed the issue and notified us that we most likely had a Freon leak, but would need to come back the next day to do some tests. Tim came out the second day and gave it to me straight. We had a leak in the coil and the costs of repair would be substantial considering the age and type of unit we had. The home warranty tried to delay everything and made our experience a nightmare, but Tim was in constant contact with me the entire time. After deciding to take a payout from the home warranty to buy a new unit, B3 was the easy choice. We were able to get a great deal on a new 16 seer 3.5 ton Train unit and the install took just over 4 hours. So far everything has worked perfectly and the home cools exponentially faster compared to the old unit. Couldn’t be happier with our decision. Tim is the guy you want to speak to and will make you confident in your buying choice.

My AC stopped working over the weekend. It was 105F outside and my condo was getting really hot. Track got a technician out to my property within a couple hours.
