Josh was absolutely amazing! He got us out of this AZ summer heat, after my A/C suddenly stopped working. Josh was very courteous, professional, and efficient. He explained everything thoroughly, offered fair prices, and gave me the option of a great maintenance plan that I went with. This is my forever, go to company. Thank you!

Travis came out and got my AC ready for summer use. My AC is 16 years old and the capacitor was working at less than 10% of manufacturers recommended output. I am trying to baby my AC to last four years so I decided to have Travis install the new one. I really wanted the model with the 5 year warranty but my budget dictated the 1 year warranty. I love this company. Their techs are not on commission so I did not feel that they upsell.

I must say I was upset dealing with my home warranty company and the companies they would call out regarding issues with our heating unit. North valley mechanical was thr third company they sent us. Once they came out and their employee Rashard(spelling?) Brown was amazing! He correctly diagnosed the issue in a matter of minutes. They are not one for b.s.ing the customer. Amazing company

Adrian from Goettl plumbing did our annual inspection. Provided good information and was professional . Good luck to Adrian and his upcoming wedding in Tucson. Goettl has good people, but charges too much for the basics. Needs a Goettl Lite service.

Mike was so kind, informative, and helpful! I would work with 1st choice again specifically for Mike! We lost AC and have 5 pets. Mike was up front about the potential cost and potential timeline. He found the parts so fast and returned the next morning and the first thing he did was ask how we were holding up. Thank you, Mike!

More like Valley's worst. My home warranty picked this company for my AC not cooling issue last month. 5 weeks, 2 start capacitors, 1 control board, 90° nights of restless sleep. I, my wife and 2 daughters were duped. Conversations with Chase were not optimistic, but felt like he was blaming me for a faulty ac. Are you kidding me. They just put bandaids on. I received authority to change service companies, my AC is working tonight after a new condenser fan motor was installed. It took 1 hour to do the job right. Could've saved weeks of misery. Beware! Don't hire these guys. They will lie to you about amp readings to not have to do their jobs. Pretty obvious what the problem was said our new hvac company.

These guys run the best HVAC company that I've come across. We got 4 different quotes from other companies, and they were the best priced, but also the most easy going, non-scummy salesman type people. We agreed to do the full condenser/handler install and it was done the next day, and a mini split in the garage. Seriously awesome company.

After placing my urgent call to the S&G office of a broken ac unit, they told me someone would be here within the hour. Kyle called and was at our home within 45 minutes. He fixed our a/c unit and explained the problem very professionally. Kudos to Kyle with S&G Mechanical for prompt, courteous and professional service.

Kyler was very professional and friendly. No leaks were found. Cost was a little bit higher than expected, but I have peace of mind so I guess it was worth it.
