Jimmy was the tech tdy and was able to diagnose the problem w my ac very quicklyand to fix the problem. He also offered me a discount and a very reasonable plan for future work. Jacob came out and did a complete inspection of the system. He then made recommendations of what's required also pointing out what isn't required but nice to have.
The job was promised to start and finish the next day. They kept the promise. Also all the communication was straight forward and upfront.
The new water heater installation looks very professional and I can see that attention to detail was important to the installation crew.

Contracted through my home warranty, but they went above and beyond. They came out the same day my AC went out, and were very friendly and explained everything they were looking at. Very pleased!

Update... The office is always pleasant to work with, specifically Michelle worked diligently to make this happen on short notice. Then Shawn stepped up and took care of a plugged drain for us. Very happy with the response time and will certainly ask for him going forward. Great job Shawn!

How could you go wrong with anything Disney! It was the first weekend of the Christmas holiday season. Christmas music was playing people are in good moods lots of things to do lots of eateries! You went to Splitsville the bowling alley had lots of fun it was about $24 per person for 1 hour and include your shoes.

Alien A/C is the best company I have ever used for assistance with a/c problems. We have used them for several years. They are quick to respond and go out of their way to make sure issues are addressed as soon as possible even in the worst heat of the summer! Most recently on a 105+ day our heat pump stopped working, the evening before I was to leave out of town. The owner was able to get someone out very early the next morning before I had to leave for the airport. I felt very comfortable and confident in Mike's ability to take care of our a/c. i had to leave, but he stayed and finished the job very nicely, and the cost was very reasonable. My husband and daughters were very happy to have the a/c fixed so quickly (as was I). I would highly recommend this company!

My AC unit was about 20 years old and I needed to replace it. I worked with Ted Henn and he broke down exactly what system I had and what system he would recommend for me to make my AC efficient and last the longest. I was very nervous since I have never had to replace an AC unit. 5 days before the unit was supposed to be put in the AC unit stopped blowing. I had another company come out and they blasted me about not using them for a new unit. I called Ted and he had his team help out in making sure my AC unit lasted until the new unit. The team that showed up to put the new unit in were super friendly and knowledgeable about what they were doing. I'm very pleased with the work and happy to have better AC!
