Best Drain Repair in Phoenix AZ

We had a line break in the middle of the night and part of the house was flooded. The on call staff responded to my call promptly and sent out a plumber who identified the problem, repaired the pipe and checked other locations to make sure this did not happen again—all for a fair price.Maloneys is the ONLY plumbing company I will use in the future.

Disposal went out and had a hard time to find a plumber. I called PINK and they got someone out the next day. While he was here, he also changed out my water filters. Will use them from now on.

My parents had extensive pipe replacement for their manufactured home. A Name brand plumbing company quoted $6,000 more than what they paid "Moon Valley." In addition they put in a new faucet for their sink and a new line was added to their backyard so they could easily water their shrubs.

Our experience with this company was amazing!! I found them on Angie's List, and once I punched in my info, Custom Plumbing called within minutes! The scheduler was kind and concerned, and had somebody out that same day (within a very short time!). WNash was the guy who showed up, and he was amazing!!! We thought it was a simple drain plug up, but after snaking and assessing the situation, it was apparent that we needed to do more. Nash gave us all of our options, and even consulted with more experienced plumbers in the company, to make sure that we were choosing the best solution.We even had a follow-up call from the scheduler to make sure that we were satisfied with the results of the visit... It makes me wonder who is doing the "training program" for this company....definitely someone is doing something right :)We ended up having to have our pipes 'jetted', but we only had to wait a day in order to have that done. We are from North Dakota, where service is "the name of the game", so we were astounded at the quick, expert, and knowledgeable service that we received!!!The price was explained as 'it's starts out at" a fixed price, which we thought was very reasonable. As it turned out, that ended up being the final price, which was so great.When Nash and James (who was the experienced guy for jetting) were done, they made sure that we had all the info that we needed, as well as contact numbers. So far everything is working GREAT again, thanks to guys that really care about the customer!!You can't go wrong with this company in our estimation! Kudos to Nash, James and the company!!

Parker and Sons responded immediately as we were experiencing a leak from our whole house water softener. We had to upgrade our plumbing to knock down the water pressure and unfortunately install an entirely new unit. To their credit, the job was completed in just a few hours. This company is the largest in the valley for a reason- they do exceptional work. Unfortunately for me this is my third time this year needing a plumber. However, all 3 times I have used Aussie. Franz and his apprentice have provide this service. Franz has always gone above and beyond. You do not see this anymore with most companies. Their price is not outrageous ...may not be the cheapest but I prefer reliability, honesty, integrity and a company that is proud to serve their community. My hope is that I won't need them again for another year or so...but hey you never know. It that is the case I will call Aussie

Had a hot water heater pipe burst, and they sent a very helpful plumber by the name of Erick Munoz who fixed everything and explained all of the details and used parts that would not rust. He also told my family about how to maintain the unit to extend the life of it, and gave us suggestions on how to best take care of it. He also wanted to help us by referring us to someone who could see if our walls suffered water damage that could check on it for free. He, and this company will be our new go-to plumbing service!
