After spending over a week dealing with a very dishonest septic company and trying to get a passing grade to sell our home, we called Mike Roybal Septic Services, desperate for an honest assessment of our septic. While the other company was ready to rebuild for thousands of dollars, Mike conducted the same tests and found no issues. We are now certified and ready to sell! Honesty and integrity is hard to come by and this company has both in spades.

I thought we had a septic tank for our sewer service, turns out we are on city sewer and sanitation. I called Sewer Time thinking we had a septic pipe leak but it was the main sewer pipe to the street. Dan at Sewer Time explained how my sewage and water system works and that they were a full licensed plumbing company and they dug up and replaced our sewer line. They did it fast and were very clean doing the work. I want to recommend these guys to everyone sewer system or septic system they do it all.

They literally go above and beyond. They sent a text letting us know exactly when they were coming and who was coming with a photo. Showed up on time (literally same day as we have them no notice) did an amazing job with the repair and coiled the hose outside that was a mess when they arrived. I wish I could give mor than a 5 star review because they deserve it. So professional it was shocking as I haven’t experienced this level of customer service in a very long time.

Definitely recommend Cave Creek Septic! From the first initial call Ed was very helpful by ensuring me its a job that they can handle as well as asking me questions to figure out what was going on. He made me feel like I was in the right hands! When Kurtis and Mike came out they answered all my questions and explained everything they were doing and why they were doing it! As a home owner Cave Creek Septic did everything I can ask to make me feel at ease during this hard time! I thought I needed a new septic system but really it was just a simple clogg in my line (glad i didn’t get take advantage of) Thank you guys!

My AC went down and I was in a pickle... A friend of mine referred me to Hero Home Services. I called them and talked to Maritza and she assured me that she would have the guys out here prompt... they were here within one hour. WOW...!!! They replace my unit and had me up and running in no time. Very HAPPY with their service and price. Highly Recommend Them!!!

We’ve hired Clint several times now for a few issues that popped up in our home. He has consistently provided exceptional service and I have 100% confidence in his repairs. I rarely write reviews but I know how hard it can be to find trustworthy tradesmen. I highly recommend Clint if you want the job done right the first time. Called this place to schedule a pumping and they were 1 month out. I waited a whole month and they never called and never showed. I spoke with Wally and he says he called and his driver called but obviously they didn’t because there is no proof in my call log of them calling. Point is they don’t care. They don’t even try to accommodate you. They want me to wait a whole month again. Unprofessional. If there first job is 8-9am then they should make someone work 7-8 to get a job done that they didn’t get done in the first place. East fix but these guys don’t care.

I recently bought a house with a septic tank for the first time. As this was all very new to me- I called Paradise Septic to have my septic tank pumped. When the tech arrived on-site he was very insightful, knowledgeable, and very helpful. What an experience, my house was flooded on a Tuesday night. My knowledge was so minimum with my system, after trying to figure it out through the night I figured that my septic was full ?.

I called Ajax the next day and within a couple of hours Sean was able to help me. Now I know that my system has to be checked every other year. ?

AVOID this company at all costs. We spent $6700 with them 4 years ago to have our entire sewer and water line replaced. Recently we had a draining issue that was diagnosed by another company as a belly in the drain line. When we contacted them they claimed that they would do right by us and rectify the situation. While I understand that a company should not have to warranty their work for ever, the fact that they only warranty the work for a year, speaks volumes to the quality of their workmanship. A price was agreed on the repair work. They then proceeded to start putting us off on the repair claiming emergency situations. When a technician arrived monday , he was clueless to what the issues were. Went to this truck to call in to base and left There was multiple communications with this company and another technician was dispatched Tuesday. He was also quite unaware of the situation. He at least was apologetic and did communicate with is in a more professional manner. It is as if there were no internal communications within this company. Finally after the latest emergency declaration I called the the owner, he basically said , we are going to pass on this work and hung up on us. Incredibly unprofessional company. In a way I am happy that they refused to do the work as that is only rewarding shoddy workmanship and poor customer service. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

We had a new gas grill to install - it was proving to be a bit of a tricky problem. The Reddie tech who arrived to help us - Bob McKeon - was great. He took care of what we needed with a smile - and this was late on a Saturday! We have used Reddi Services for Plumbing and A/C work as well and have always been pleased. Reddi Services are my go to people!

4/l7/15 - Reddi Services to the rescue again! On Easter Sunday while preparing the family dinner, our garbage disposal backed up and there was no way for me to clear it. Luckily I was able to get dinner on the table, but the sink was suffering. I called Reddi Services first thing on Monday morning - by noon, Chris & Justin had arrived, confident that they could take care of the problem. They were impressive! Drop cloths on the floor and a bucket under the sink before I could even get mine out and ready. They were both so nice and polite, and were quickly able to clear the pipe that had the problem. Not only that - I had some friends over delivering a couple of pieces of furniture and they helped us move them. Now that's service above and beyond!! I'll call Reddi Services for any of my plumbing or a/c needs.

Thought I had a plugged drain but it was a full septic tank. I called 4 or 5 places to get it pumped out but everyone was telling me that it would be next week before they can get to it. I called Septic Medic and was told the same thing. When I told the lady on the phone that it was full and can't drain, she put me on hold. After a few minutes on hold, she said that she would have someone heading my way in a few minutes. It was 4:00 pm when I called and he was here in about 30 minutes. I already had the small service port on the tank exposed but the driver (Kyle) said it would be better if he could get in through the larger port to make sure he can get all of the waste out. He dug with a shovel until he found it, then chipped away at concrete that was poured on top of the tank until the sun was almost gone. He could have just taken the easy way out and used the port that I had already opened (I wouldn't have known the difference), but he wanted to do the job right. Septic Medic went above and beyond to take care of me today. They did not charge for emergency service, but I would have gladly paid it. These people care about their business and reputation. I will always use and recommend them. THANK YOU FOR THE HELP TODAY!!

I would give you no stars but that isn't an option. Where do I begin ? Shut it down Called owner about a job set me up for an interview at 8 make a long story short NO COMMUNICATION the managers there had no idea I was scheduled I wasted my time for 2 hours waiting The guy has a business here but lives in Michigan you are many states away how can you run a business when you don't live in the state where your business is at ?Maybe you should come to arizona and fix your company cause it won't be standing long if it goes on like this
