We have used Penguin Air, Plumbing & Electrical for a couple of times and they always provide AMAZING customer service from the time we call with an issue to the Technician performing the repairs. We had an issue with our HVAC pipes and Zeb Spencer was our Technician. He called prior to arriving, arrived on time and inspected our issue. Zeb provided a great recap of the issue and recommendations. He was able to repair and provided us with amazing service. He is very knowledgable, friendly and explained everything in detail. I can not speak more highly about this company. I had three air conditioning units replaced. They were there when they said they would. When they arrived, they arrived in force. 6 trucks and 9 guys showed up. The were friendly and very helpful. The installed 3 huge unit in one day. They never stopped working. The crews were great and we are so happy with this company. I would never use anyone except NVM. Thank you to Kendra and her entire team. It is so nice to have someone you can trust and depend on. I had a great first experience, and I would highly recommend. We live in WI and own a home in AZ. We had an emergency and I called Desert Diamond, they were professional from the start. Jeff our tech took my emergency and made it his own putting me at ease. He arrived at my house in a timely manner, was communicative the entire time he was at my home, fixed my problem and then followed up after he was finished. I will use this company again and again. The team and technician M. were excellent and have maintained our two systems for better part of 8+ years. When our 23yr old air conditioner finally died and stop working the new install was well done and we didn't get priced gouged on the new unit! Definitely trust them to do a great job!

Andrew was extremely helpful and worked hard to get my air conditioning working well. He went above and beyond to find and fix all the issues that my have caused the problem with my system, including arranging for a supervisor to come out at a later date to deal with air flow issues. I appreciated the fact that he kept me informed of the corrections he was doing and was friendly and skilled in his work. I would give him fie stars for his visit.
