The ac maintenance people seems decent, but I do not trust the business. They have a one year maintenance plan, and they did not do any maintenance for me such as cleaning. Instead, they pulled opened part of my roofing to shows that it wasn't sealed very good. Pointing it out is sufficient, why physically damage it more to show me? Also, the sales person was dishonest with the pricing. Charging more is up to them and it is understandable, but being dishonest is not. Also, I called to cancel my annual service and I was okay with paying for the full year, but they refused my request and stated that I must call back within 30 days of the ending period. This is absolutely unheard of.

Always friendly Techs. Good foot protection and now mask too. Called before arrival and actually arrived early. Turned out to be a fairly simple fix Techs have been with the company for years which tells me it’s a good company. Would recommend to anyone. Steven was professional and courteous. Tech arrived on time, was very covid conscious, curteous and thorough, taking as much time as needed to do the maintenance work on my ac system.

Ryan and Cody were great and super professional. After coming out once already I was ready to call an electrician to come out due to the AC breaker continuously tripping. Cody reached out the next day and said there was more he could check before spending the money on an electrician. Turns out it was the AC causing the problem. Appreciate the great service and professionalism. Hoping the new AC unit install is just as great.

Ray, the technician, was very thorough in the maintenance check. He checked inside and outside spaces and changed the filter. He was polite and conscientious in his work.
Ray came masked for further protection against covid.

Jon Parker with Goettl plumbing was great. I got text and a call that he was on his way. He was very friendly. He just wanted to get to know his costumers. He did a great job checking all my facets and water heater. I had no issues just regular maintenance done. I would recommend him coming out anytime I need any plumbing done.

We have used their services for several years and they have assisted us with everything needed to maintain a home in Az. We are only here in the winter months and they are totally in charge of our home while we are away. Our experiences with Jessica and Kevin have been the best. They have gone out of their way to accommodate all of our requests even dropping off our car at the Scottsdale airport and returning the car to our home upon our departure. The best AC company in the entire state of Arizona! Clever technicians and great leadership! Alarico is the Tech that came and replaced the fuse on my 3 months old unit that was also installed by King AC and that i got it from them for the best price in the entire market. The fuse went out because of the heavy rain “Monsoon”. Called Frank and explained to him that i came back at 6:15pm from work to find the new AC not working. Frank dispatched Alarico in less than 10mins to my house! Alarico replaced the fuse in another 15mins and explained to me what happened and took off after and that was all free of charge. I do recommend King AC for new installations and general AC services! Simply the best! We all dealt with many AC companies and i writing this review based on my long experience with other AC providers. Thanks a million for the great Service King AC and please keep it up. Service is what makes the huge difference and stands out!
