Carter spent all day in the June heat digging down to my sewer line to replace a broken section. He was thoughtful enough to remove squares of sod first, which were replaced later to keep my lawn in good shape instead of leaving a large patch of dirt! From the first time he arrived, Carter was extremely helpful discussing the problem with me and the options I had for repair. He was very thorough and patiently answered many questions. He immediately shared camera results, estimates, and invoices with me by email. When the repairs were completed, he followed up with the camera again to be sure it was working properly before calling the job finished. Carter is very kind, caring, and professional, and takes pride in his work. I am very grateful to have had him completing my repairs! The company is very professional, with friendly, helpful ladies answering calls. I will definitely recommend this company to others in need of plumbing services, as well as Carter in particular.

On Tuesday, February 21, 2023 - Hobaica Team: Ian Flood and his assistant came to our home to replace compressor which was no longer functioning and resulted in lack of heat and air conditioning functions. They were observant, professional, and provided detailed information on what they were going to do to resolve the problem. Ian let us know that it would take most of the day to resolve issue and if we had any questions along the way just let him and his assistant know. Throughout the day Ian kept us posted on their progress. Once installation was complete Ian explained what was accomplished and provided additional instructions relative to new compressor and zone thermostat! We want to say a Big Thank You for Ian Flood and His Assistant for making our home a happy home once again:) You both Rock!

Our unit was leaking water from the pvc drain pipe. Called Company on a Saturday and they had a service tech out by Monday. Ty/Ray came out; gave us an estimate which was reasonable and fixed our problem. No more leak. Great service. We also use their twice a year service maintenance program. I had a great first experience, and I would highly recommend. We live in WI and own a home in AZ. We had an emergency and I called Desert Diamond, they were professional from the start. Jeff our tech took my emergency and made it his own putting me at ease. I cannot day enough good things about this company and Gabe. I had both units go down and Gabe came out on short notice and had them up and running in no time. He explained what he did and what was going on and was a straight shooter. I had an amazing experience with Promise Heating & Air. Had other companies come & they never figured out the problem until i called this company. I am very satisfied with their work & i extremely recommend this company.

John sorted out the cooling issues I was having and increased the cooling power. It took him some hours but he was persistent and dedicated to getting me the best cooling possible. I was very impressed, as too often people would just finish up saying 'somewhat of an improvement' and not go the extra mile.

We recently had first choice mechanical out to clean and service are heating and air vents. The guys were very efficient and professional , we would definitely use this company again.

I wish my experience was the same. I am going on 10 days with a broken ac and the company has become MIA and not filling their report as required. They have not reached out to complete repairs.

Had to make an emergency call on a Friday night when our air stopped working after a failed attempt at installing a new thermostat. They had our tech James out to us in only about half an hour & he worked through the issues until he found what was the real cause of the problem & got it fixed fast. Pricing was completely reasonable, response time was amazing, and the service quality was great too. Feel lucky that we had such good luck with a last minute search Google for someone who's open and look forward to using them for regular maintenance from here on out too!

I have been using the crew at Scottsdale Air since 2001. There is absolutely no one else in the AC industry that I will work with. They have done all of the system replacements, repairs, and maintenance on all of my properties and I have never once had an issue with them. They will always go out of their way to make sure everything is taken care of. I have been referring them to family and friends for years, and I only wish they did electrical and plumbing too.
