On Thursday 12/2 Kevin came out to take a look at our very old water heater that wasn’t working properly. He was so polite and incredibly efficient! He diagnosed the issue so quickly and explained to me what the next step was and I felt very informed! He let me know he had a replacement on his truck and could get started right away. It was a breath of fresh air to have a plumber/company respond so quickly and efficiently and have their truck stocked and ready to go!! 10/10 would recommend A.P.E.S to anyone! The price quoted was very reasonable and fair. The installation team was on time and worked together well. They were very respectful of property and cleaned up before leaving. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs or a new installation.

Justin Munos responded to our HAVC service call, he was professional and clearly very knowledgable. He took the time to listen to our HVAC unit issues and once he diagnosed the problem he described the work in detail before proceeding. We couldn't be happier with the service and the end result. Justin of Hobaica replaced a faulty breaker that ran our cloths dryer. He was professional, knowledgeable and very nice to talk to. He explained everything he was doing and why the breaker was faulty. Hobaica has a new customer and I have a new go to repair person.

Just wanted to let you know that this adjustment for the a.c. turned out perfect! I actually have a constant temperature throughout my home finally! I wanted to tell you (and the whole company) thank you so much! This has been bothering me for a year and I didn't have 3 grand to fix it (which is what the other company told me it would cost) but not only did you all manage to get me exactly what I wanted, but all for less than $800! Thanks again for everything!

My initial review would have been much higher. The work was done quickly and the units work great BUT, there was damage done on the installation. The owner and his inspector reviewed it after we called to report it. We were told they would order the replacement panels to repair the damage caused by their installation. It is almost a year later now, despite follow up phone calls and email, no response and no replacement panels. It's a real shame.

WOW- what a great experience.. their price was great, service was exceptional, and a super fun group of technicians. We are extremely happy with everything. I highly recommend this company! Before you go with another company - I would stop and call this group. Thank you so much.
