Not too sure about your services but I guarantee you need to find better drivers. Your driver almost ran me into a construction zone. License plate CJ-76851. I am not happy about this at all. Rude and inconsiderate. Find new drivers.

Nathan arrived early and performed the work in a reasonable amount of time and did excellent work. He showed me what he did and answered all my questions. All of this at a great price. By far, the best AC company and tech I've worked with in AZ. Thanks.

Tried to postpone the inevitable AC replacement we knew was coming. Must of had Cody come to the house at least 4 or 5 times. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! So patient and knowledgeable. Eventually ended up replacing our unit with Desert Diamond as well. The installation crew was fantastic!! On time, clean, polite and actually looked like they were having fun! So pleased with the entire process from beginning to end. Couldn't ask for anything better!! Would recommend to anyone!!

Cactus installed my AC system and I learned after they installed it they used too small of a return. They made an extra hole in my roof and patched it with just silicone. I bought a warranty from them and was told it was manufacture and never given further information. They came out and repaired a fuse one and now are trying to find a leak in the AC. I feel like they don't do their job well or communicate well. I got a little more info on the warranty but not much. Also the man who came out today did not wear a mask and was smoking while working on my roof. He's very unprofessional. I wish I'd never used them. I'll update when the work is done but so far I'm not feeling confident.

The tech, Terry, who completed the repair was outstanding. In addition to being proficient and efficient, he is very customer oriented. I will be requesting him for future HVAC service.My only complaint is with the pricing of the service (which is not, apparently, anything with which Terry has any say). The charge for labor, relative to the time and difficulty to make the repair, was way out of line in my opinion. I understand the need for the company to cover overhead and operating costs via labor charges, but the bill I had to pay seemed exorbitant for the service provided.

I had a few other quotes for a new air conditioning unit on my home in Tempe, but Frank came out and gave an extremely fair price right away without any going back and forth- felt comfortable with him, and could tell he has a lot of experience and confidence about his work and business. I would give him 5 stars just for being up front, honest, and for giving me a good price without any pushy sales hoopla. Grateful to have this new unit before the summer temps invade! Highly recommend them. Hard working guys and very professional. Save yourself the time and energy and just have Frank give you an estimate first!

The work was done quickly and well.

AC went out last week-end, and of course, it was a very stressful situation. I had 3 different AC companies come out and each told me the same thing. Just Air had the best finance option and were willing to meet or beat the price of the competition. One company stated that the Just Air price and schedule.would be just cutting corners. I ended up choosing Just Air for the work and they were just awesome. James in the field and Danielle in the office are a great team. I would recommend them to anyone.

We've used Scottsdale air multiple times to fix issues with our air conditioner which had nothing to do with anything they did. They are always responsive, nice and so very helpful. The prices are fair and they always explain everything did and checked. Recently our outside drain pipe broke they came over and fixed it quick. Highly recommend them!!!!

Fred, Cesar and Andrew did our install. AZ Perfect system was so accommodating to a current failed HVAC system...they worked with us to find a replacement system and was able to install it the next day. The guys were very professional, informative and got our new units installed and up and running efficiently within the day. Robin, one of the owners, even showed up to check on the progress.
