Alan was referred by another plumber because of his expertise in plumbing as well as tile work. We called on a Friday afternoon and he had an opening the next morning. He showed up on time and put on shoe covers before stepping foot in our house. Alan quickly repaired our leaky roman tub valve, and did an impressive job with carefully cutting out and replacing the tile needed to access it. You would never be able to tell there were repairs done. Highly recommend this business!

Paul was excellent. He is so nice and did such a great job installing our water heater. Even with the 116 degree heat today, he was always in good spirits. I will highly recommend him to everyone I know. And I will have him do all future plumbing work at our house.

The plumber arrived within one hour of our call. We experienced a blockage that was causing water to drain from our kitchen sink, bathroom sink, and laundry area. He promptly identified the problem and cleared the obstruction. He also assisted with increasing the water pressure in our bathroom sink, which was dripping with hot water. We will make another request for future issues. Thanks.

We’ve used Penguin Air for a year now. First time was about a year ago when our AC quit. Called several AC repair companies across the area, Penguin was the first to get back to us. Just had them out again today. We had the service tech Nathan both times. He was great. He let us know what we needed at the moment and what we could wait on. He didn’t try to push anything. We will be requesting him next time we need any AC maintenance.

Joe responded to our call quickly. He diagnosed the issue and worked closely with us to fix the problem. It was a big job involving excavating part of the driveway but he and his workers did an amazing job and actually charged less than his original quote. He took pictures along the way to update us and let us see exactly what the issue was. Everything about Joe is top notch. We highly recommend him!

I have been using Day & Night for my A/ C needs for about 10 years. They are very customer service oriented and have always arrived at the appointed time. Today, Jeremy checked my a/c and found several issues. He explained all of my options and then proceeded with what I chose to have done. I have always had a good experience with Day & Night.

I recently purchased my first home. Needless to say me and my boyfriend are pretty clueless when it comes to maintenance so we purchased a home warranty plan. A few days ago our AC goes out (just as soon as we are starting to hit triple digits) so I put in a service call. First they referred me to some company where I left multiple messages for 24hrs and never spoke to anyone. I call my home warranty service back the next day to complain and they refer me to A Better PlaceLLC. I received a call from Scott (the owner) saying he would be out that day and he was at my home a few hours later. He's professional, confident, has a sincere friendly quality, knows what he's talking about and keeps it real. He's also friendly with pets :), my lil 4yr old french bulldog Bella was having the best time trying to distract him in anyway she could. After finding the issue with the AC he made a call in my favor to the warranty company that helped ensure that they cover the replacement part right away. He had the part readily available, and AC was back that night. From now on when I call my home warranty service I will only request A Better Place and should be TOP on the list. I also hired Scott to clean the coils of the air handler to help maintain the unit and have it working efficiently for the rest of the summer. He squeezed it into his schedule and returned the same week. This maintenance service is not covered by home warranty plans. The quote he gave me was the MOST REASONABLE PRICE OUT THERE, and you couldn't ask for any better service. A Better Place is truly the BEST PLACE. I highly recommend you CALL THEM FIRST. Daniel L. the service tech which came to the house was very professional, explained exactly what he was going to do and recommendations for our system. Dan noticed that the solar panels that are installed have been installed to close to unit and to contact our solar provider to make compliant with current codes. Dan cleaned and serviced our a/c to the best of his ability with the access he had. Would highly recommend Ace and Dan for any work that you might need. Dan also called and got us a reduced service call rate, since he could not do all required services.

I called you last night because a pipe broke at my house. They arrived at 8:00 today. M. and they did the job very professionally for a very good price. I would definitely use them again and 100% recommend them to my friends and family.
