How could you go wrong with anything Disney! It was the first weekend of the Christmas holiday season. Christmas music was playing people are in good moods lots of things to do lots of eateries! You went to Splitsville the bowling alley had lots of fun it was about $24 per person for 1 hour and include your shoes.

This company is fantastic! The owner Taps actually shows up rather quickly and makes the right diagnosis everytime. He was even able to help me over the phone once when my heating was out. The prices are extremely reasonable and below the competitor . I highly recommend this company to anyone with heating or air-conditioning issues.

I am posting this because of past experiences that were not to my satisfaction. I had my hot water heater serviced and afterwards I had no hot water from 2 faucets. When Parker came out, I was left with the bill to replace 2 faucets. Parker installed the hot water heater. While they were out to look at the faucet issue, I asked about an outdoor spicket, I was billed over 200 for a 20 min job. When I had my water softener installed, I was told that the under ground pipe would be at a depth of 18 inches, when I spoke with the installer, he stated that they went down about 10 inches. Multiple times things have not been good.

This company is the best. Great service provided by professional and knowledgeable people. Could not be happier with my new heat pump A/C a new duct system thanks to the whole Preferred Air team.

A new Lennox AC / heat pump was installed this year. The fan blower is designed to run (with Fan ON) on a low speed until the cooling or heating cycle comes on, and then it shifts into high speed. I wanted the fan to run at the same sounding speed all the time, since when the cooling mode cycles off at night the change in fan sound from high to low wakes me up. The only AC service provider in the valley who knew how to fix this problem was Dial One Mears. The Manager called Lennox, got all the details and fixed the problem without violating the warranty. Now I only get woken up if the power goes out in a storm via APS.

I had an unforgettable experience with a technician from this company. He's the one who checked the problem of my unit and I was very thankful for him since he truly exerted effort in dealing with my heating air conditioning service needs. After the repair process, he then provided a maintenance checklist for our unit to avoid the possible problems that may occur in the future. So happy with the result of the repair. Would not hesitate to recommend them in the future.

I had a pad replacement on my EVAPORATIVE COOLER. Service man was able to figure it out but was not trained on these coolers. I had the cooler serviced just 2 months prior for $89 by Adams, but had to order the pad myself and have Adams come to install. This pad replacement service cost me $172.00! When I called to ask WHY SO EXPENSIVE since I ordered the Master Cool pad myself. I was told the Price per Hr Charges. $57.50, and service call is also $57.50. As a 83 yr old widow on an fixed income, this was more than I expected since the last entire service call was only $89 and he spent about the same time just 2 months prior. Lesson learned to ASK the charges before requesting service. Dont assume! The service tech was polite and did the job asked of him.

Had my new air conditioner and furnace installed. Had three men on site. Job appeared to be performed very efficiently. Cleaned up completely after themselves. Made sure I understood my new thermostat. The entire process went very smoothly.
