He was professional, punctual, and knowledgeable.I had come home at the tail end of the tune up and Josh took the time to re-explain everything to me after he had just went over it with my husband. He answered all of our questions, gave us different options, and didn’t make us feel pressured.We will definitely be requesting Josh for all of our ac needs.

Reeis does not follow through on their warranty service. I have been trying to get my bathroom fan fixed, as well as my AC fixed since October and they keep cancelling. Now they won’t even return my calls to schedule service. The builder has been trying to contact them also with no luck.

Really great - they were backed up with appointments but wound up making time for me and came early. Very ethical and efficient.

Every time I schedule maintenance three to five weeks in advance either no one shows up or they call and cancel at the last minute. Their website says they prioritize members but that is NOT case. Never once have they actually shown up when scheduled and the rep I spoke to today about the no show was very condescending and insistent that a call was placed to me this morning canceling my appointment. No such call was made as I have had my phone on all day and the spam calls came through just fine, his reasoning was because other customers without AC need to be prioritized ahead of maintenance customers. He then proceeded to tell me he could get me scheduled for JULY for an appointment that I originally scheduled in March three weeks ahead of time. I am constantly rearranging my time for a company that does not honor their word. I will be canceling my so called membership as soon as my spring maintenance that I have already paid for is actually performed and look for a business that honors appointments with their customers.

Nathan was great and stayed late to fix unit so we didn't have to suffer the heat another night. Only negative was I thought it was a bit pricy for the 2-3 hours labor involved. Otherwise, whole experience was great.

Will did a fine job and was professional once he arrived. But Please note the arrival time frame was supposed to be between 7 am and 12 noon but tech arrived around 12:45. I called customer service at 8 pm to obtain an estimate of timeframe and was told I was first on the techs list. The estimate provided was approximately 10 am. That wasn’t very professional to give false expectations. Don’t make any plans for the day!

B3 refrigeration was the only HVAC who was willing to come over in order to install a solid state contactor that I bought as our old one was making a lot of noise when engaging.

Other companies didn't know about that or weren't familiar with it and plainely refused to do it or wanted to install a old style.

B3 sent Tim over and even though he never installed one before he was smart enough to figure it out and installed it in no time while explaining what he was doing.

I'm a DIY person and I was thrilled on how he explained things and we had a good talk while he installed the contactor.

Summer is almost over now and the new contactor acted like a champ.

The best place to have AC work done. Six cars were suggested, and each one received great reviews. One visit is all there is to it. There is no need for you to return.

SMW installed a complete Trane split system in our house at a very reasonable price. They were here first for a free seasonal inspection obtained from a home show. The tech did an excellent job on the inspection, and stated our current system seems to be operating properly. Having a background with Trane, and realizing the 10 year old system in our house was a inferior brand, we asked about a quote to replace it. They quoted a good price, but reiterated our current system was operating OK, and did not NEED to be replaced. We opted, for the future piece of mind, to proceed. The two gentlemen that installed the system were efficient, knowledgeable & courteous. We did solicit two other quotes, but considering price & professionalism, opted opted for SMW. It was the right decision.
