Home Inspection:I met Mike Sabah Plumbing & Electrical, very professional. He can early to perform his inspect throughout the home and explained the cost for other services that I would like to do to the home. Very polite and listened to my needs and my family liked Mr. Sabah. Thank you.

1) Will overcharge for parts, so be careful. Hook is the service-fee/hr.
2) Not professional at all.

They send me invoice on Thursday. I discuss their invoice on Monday mid-morning (after the weekend) and told them that I will take care of the final invoice after 1PM after my meetings. They call at exactly 1PM, I miss the call but called back within 2 minutes and by then I get a nasty threatening-text from the owner Tom (in image).

So much for 50 years of experience and no hidden charges.

Alex rewired my entire house in 2019, seemed like he did a good job. Couple months later I realized he missed the plug for the fridge and asked him to fix it, been ghosting me for over a year since.

I have worked with Tom Buehler for about 10 years on numerous projects. Watt Masters recently performed a critical new generator install and move of existing generator at the same time for me for the same client (Local Fire Department), as usual, they adhered to the design/construction and installed and moved generator(s) flawlessly, and ahead of schedule. Very professional and knowledgeable. I recommend them for any job.

We have used many electrical contractors in the past, but AZ State Electric is by far the best electricians we have sub contracted to. We do both commercial and residential and these guys know their stuff. Mario is awesome and a master at electrical. We would highly recommend these guys, and do all the time!

I called today and they showed up today! That alone is worth 5 stars and if it didnt the promptness of service surely did. The representative was friendly and understood the importance of us getting our AC units fixed right away. Great job!

Three years ago, we had a water softener and a Reverse Osmosis system installed by Parker and Sons through Costco. It has been nothing but constant aggravation and persistent lies on the part of this company. We were told that the water softener would regenerate less often than our older system and that it would use less water in doing so and the regeneration process would take place every so many gallons of usage. Well, there was no truth in that. I am awakened nearly every two or three mornings at 2 AM at the sound of the system regenerating. We had called about this, and we were told that they would see to it that the system would be reset to regenerate as per usage. After two or three visits on their part, we were told that “it is what it is”, and that it would regenerate more often than what was incorrectly stated by the initial representative and the prior technicians. In the meantime, they also told us that the filters on the RO system would not need to be changed more than once per year. At 2:15 AM, six months after the installation, I would get text notifications every single morning that the filters needed to be changed. At LEAST four times they insisted that this was resolved but it took until last year for that to finally be remedied. This past Monday I called at 4 PM to set up an appointment to have the filters changed, which was needed, and so that I would not be awakened at 2:15 each morning with these text notifications. I was told by the person who answered (who, BTW, had mentioned that he remembered me because of the mispronunciation of my last name) that a technician would arrive between 8 and noon on Thursday. At 11:45 on Thursday I called to see if a technician was still going to arrive, and they had no record of my having called for an appointment. That is the second time that they did that to us. They informed me that they would send a technician between noon and 4 PM. The job was completed. From that next morning, onward, I have been receiving text notifications at 2:15 AM that the filters need to be changed. I made them aware of this by calling them as well as by emailing them and they insisted that the technician reset it. This morning, after having been awakened again at 2:15, I decided to remove the batteries so that it would disconnect from the Wi-Fi. Thank goodness that I did, indeed, go under the sink. The filter (or filters) was (were) improperly installed and my cabinet was flooded. They are supposedly a 24/7 company, but they are useless and incompetent. I called Costco to notify them of the situation and they told me to keep calling Parker and Sons. When I did call back, they told me that I would be scheduled for Monday for between 8 and noon. Poor quality, incompetent service, poor customer service, and misinformation! A manager will be arriving today, Sunday, to evaluate the situation. In the meantime, my cabinet is ruined, and the aggravation is mounting. Now we are also worried about the possibility of mold. I would avoid this conglomerate of a do-it-all company, like most large businesses whose volume is more important than quality and customer care.

I called last night after hours because I had no power to my bedroom. Dennis came out within the hour and replaced my breaker. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Dennis got the job done in a timely manner and I will definitely call them again! :)
