We bought our ac from these guys 5 years ago so thought we would get an estimate on a water softener. We were shocked to receive an estimate of 3200.-6600. (this did include one toilet replacement. I don't think so!! Also charged a trip charge-oh wait- forgot to add the tax on that.Since when do trip charges include a tax? And wait- can I get some ID on that check? Really,on a check we write from our own home and have a history with this company.??? So verydisappointed! Will NEVER purchase from your company again!

They gave me a quote of $1500 for a job and then tried to nearly double it. When I told them we have a contract and I’m paying no more I was called racial slurs then they walked off the job without finishing.

I recently contacted Watt Masters to install some light fixtures in my home. I had a few questions regarding the fixtures that I purchased and also about the electrical in my 1970s home. Tom was very helpful in explaining to me the details regarding the install. I had them install 3 fixtures and also add an additional electric outlet to my backyard. I had the wrong number. There was a live power line that broke and was laying in my driveway. The guy who answered the phone directed me as to who I needed to call. He was very helpful, patient and courteous.

Within hours if my first call, Penguin sent a technician out to look into our requests. Jimmy (technician) was incredibly professional, nice and respectful to the times we are living in right now (Covid) as he wore gloves and a mask while working. At the end I was given honest feedback with pictures of what had been completed. Penguin definitely met my high bar of customer service and Jimmy in particular went above and beyond! Good experience!

Technician came to my workplace and didnt want to replace a breaker that was faulty. Poor service

Arrowhead Electric installed a new outlet for our Electric Vehicle. They were great at procuring the specific hardware needed for in home charging.

After calling around and waiting for now show show electricians, I was able to get an appointment with Phoenix Electricians Today with Dennis. Dennis was smart ,sharp and willing to listen to my needs. Dennis came out last week and rewired my homes 2 prong outlets to get ready to put on market.
