Doug Parry has helped us with both a kitchen and bathroom remodel. He has great ideas and perseveres with new and better ideas as you design what you would like. The result, for us, has been great satisfaction with what we now have. It's been great to have someone to call when we're ready to do some work on our home. Doug always responds and is always personable and helpful.

Service was excellent and on time. Probably the best dollar value around. Two minor problems with two different cabinets which was immediately taken care of.

Nice showroom but they don't do bathrooms unless you buy a kitchen. Rumor has it you have to use them for installation as well. All useful information that would have saved me time if they were upfront their website or through Facebook Messenger. I told them what I was looking for and they still scheduled me an appointment. Staff looked very comfy in their chairs and not attentive to customers.

if i could give a negative stars i would

I was told id get my cabinets the 15th then the 18th 0r 19th then it changed to the 25th. I was tired of getting the run around, so I had to go out of my way and waste my time to go to their office because they never call back!! They were confused and on the phone with the manufacture I could hear Dorothy talking on the phone. My order got messed up.
The office appeared to be very disorganized; files and papers stacked all over. I am curious when they would have realized my order was messed up and when they'd actually call me to install them if I hadn't gone to their office!
The staff gave off the vibe like they didn't even care. not once did they say sorry for the inconvenience that has cost me time and money. Very unprofessional experience I will not be going back when i remodel my bathrooms!
when they install they leave all the boxes and trash plus its a dollar PER screw for the handles if you want them to install them
