Came out the same day and cleared my main sewer line within 20 minutes. I had a different company prior and they weren’t able to get it cleared, even though they spent two full hours.

I called Benjamin Franklin at 9:00 this morning after having a bad experience with another local company that couldn’t diagnose the issue yesterday. By 10:00am I received a call from the office that Nicholas the technician was in route. He arrived at our place at 11:00 and promptly diagnosed the issue. Unfortunately the replacement part / had to be ordered due to the age of our tankless heater. Nicholas, Not only is a trained journeymen, he exuded customer service and very professional appearance. Good reflection of the Benjamin Franklin.

Our technician, Cameron, was very friendly and very experienced.

He immediately identified the problem of my pipes leaking outdoors, was able to explain how he would fix it, and gave me a quote up front for the repair. The workmanship was exceptional, materials all brand new, and the price was very fair. I would highly recommend this company. I was only given the opportunity to give Cameron 5 stars, but I would give him 10 if I could!!

David was professional and able to resolve my plumbing issue. I was installing a big screen tv in my studio and unfortunately drilled a hole in a water pipe behind a wall. He got the pipe repaired and my family life is back to normal.

Had a difficult sewer problem that multiple other plumbers could not fix trenchless - They all recommended digging through our floor to repair the sewer pipe. Peerless plumbing and nudrain did a beautiful job repairing the pipe trenchless, no digging, no damage to our house whatsoever. The techs were very personable and clearly took pride in their work and doing a great job. We highly recommend them.

Have used George Brazil for years and have seldom been disappointed. Mike, the plumbing tech for this job, was very professional, prompt and experienced. Plumbing jobs are always expensive, but I've found George Brazil to be fair and competitive to some others of questionable quality. I highly recommend them.

This team installed 2 AC units in my house and the crew was awesome. They were neat/tidy while working in the home and very courteous. I recommend them to my friends when they have an issue. Vonda in their customer care department is also a pleasure to work with.Update: Since the last install, I needed a fast job done on my rental home. Even with me being in a pinch they beat other company's quotes, with a next day install, during the middle of summer! Great company, with a great team. I trust them and recommend their services.
