Best Water Heater in Phoenix AZ

I had my experience with a very professional and knowledgeable employee from A.P.E.S by the name of Daquon. He took care of our garbage disposal and gave me pointers on how to upkeep it to prevent future disasters.

I called a contractors directory for a water heater issue and was given Hays and so happy I was!
Justin arrived and not only helped with my water heater issue but advised me and helped me with my air conditioner and heater too!

Charged me $318 for drain clean that took 30 minutes on one of my rental properties. Also drilled a hole in the metal drain and left jagged edges exposed. Took my credit card ahead of job and never called with a quote to fix. Just did the job and charged me. Was very unhappy with the service and very high price. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Swift courteous service

Carlyle was a great technician who was very helpful in a difficult situation when our water heater went out. He worked with the electrician on a very complicated situation and was very flexible to get our hot water working as fast as possible.

Set up an appointment between 12pm and 6 pm! A 6 hour window! The tech calls at 5:35pm to tell us it would be another 40 minutes! Pretty much an entire day wasted! Customer service seems to be nonexistent!

With the multitude of HVAC dealers to choose from, it's hard to decide which one will not let you down. I chose Parker and Sons due to many five star reviews and their long-term partnership with Costco. After making an appointment, Adam came to our house and made recommendations and estimated a replacement cost for our HVAC system. Adam is experienced and professional. He answered our questions and found the perfect system for us. He promised installation within 48 hours. Adam handled all the paper for product registration, rebates from APS and Costco and all other documentation. All I had to do was sign the contract and Adam did the rest. On our appointment date, the installers, Rito and Jesse arrived exactly on time at 7am. The entire HVAC system was installed in about 8 hours. Rito and Jesse were courteous and professional at all times. Our units and parts were delivered on schedule, Noise and dust were minimal and clean-up was amazing. By looking at our house afterwards, you'd never know we had a major project completed. Our system works perfectly and we're 100% satisfied. I highly recommend Parker & Sons.

RELIABLE! HONEST! TRUSTWORTHY! If you're looking for BEST, look no further than COMFORT EXPERTS! We've been using Comfort Experts since purchasing our home in 2014. Comfort Experts thoroughly serviced our AC Units every year in May before the real Arizona heat set in. We've had two issues with our AC Units (July 2016 / June 2018) and Comfort Experts (Ryan) immediately responded to my text message both times (weekend / after hours). On both incidents, Comfort Experts responded to my home the same day to diagnose / resolve the issues. The most recent issue was an expensive repair (compressor). Because our AC Units were almost 15 years old and inefficient, we decided to replace everything relating to cooling / heating in our home. We purchased two new AC units (5-ton / 3.5 ton) and a Furnace too. Comfort Experts was able to install everything in one day, less than 48 hours after the 5-ton AC Unit went bad (compressor). I know I could've shopped around and maybe found a better price, but because of the POSITIVE experiences with Comfort Experts, they deserved my business. THANK YOU Comfort Experts! You guys are the best!!
