We had the best experience. We unfortunately had a devastating toilet related flood and called the first company that came up on google. We were so lucky it was 1800 water damage. They came over quickly on a Saturday, the were completely understanding that we were upset and unsure what to do. The two gentlemen that helped us were Adam and Jordan. They were trustworthy, professional and quick. They passed the inspection right away and our insurance company was happy with their service as well. My son is on the autism spectrum and they humored him when he kept saying hi and bye and even were patient when he was running around because he was anxious about what was going on.

We became first time homeowners in October and to have such a devastating claim within the first year, people like Adam and Jordan made it so much easier by putting our minds at ease. Thank you also to the owner Tom for hiring such a great crew. We appreciate the quick service and great communication. I hope we never need see you guys again but if we need to, we will definitely call these guys again. Based on the pictures I’ve sent family, they said this was some of the cleanest best work they’ve ever seen. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

When our kitchen island and wood floors sustained water damage, Robert arrived within the hour and immediately tracked down the source of the leak. Fans and drying equipment were set up quickly. I can't begin to tell you how much I appreciate this company. We had a flood back in May and went with a horrible company, the quality of work wasn’t professional and neither was the project manager. We had a second flood and went with our home owners insurance preferred vendor and that was Venturi. I was so scared to go through this process again but they put us at ease. Raul was our project manager and was wonderful with communication and making sure this rebuild was done in a timely manner. He came out and assessed the project, came again to deliver materials and did a walk through and will be back to do our final walk through. Our project has one more day scheduled to finish but I just had to share our positive experience. Thank you to Raul and your incredible crew for making this a home again. It looks beautiful.

The leak occurred overnight on a Monday and was discovered on Tuesday around noon. The call to Servpro was answered promptly and we were put into the system. Within 1 1/2 hours, Lorenzo Montoya, the crew chief, and his assistant, Luis Aguilar, arrived. The water was immediately removed and the blowers, heaters and dehumidifiers were put in place. It is one week later and the job is complete - every area is completely dry. Lorenzo and Luis were excellent. Lorenzo called me every day to announce when he would arrive and he summarized the results of his work every day when completed. He also kept me informed as to what the next steps were going to be or could be. An extremely well done and professional job by highly skilled and dedicated men. I highly recommend without reservation this Servpro facility here in Scottsdale, AZ.

Working with Andy is the best. We had part of our roof blow off during a monsoon storm. He came over and tarped the roof in the rain and began our demo and dryout inside our home that night. He has a lot of knowledge of the insurance process and has the ability to speak their language. He gets things done.

After a tree fell on our roof during a rain storm, we contacted PuroClean to dry us out. They showed up at daylight and immediately began working. Much to our satisfaction, they had everything dry within a few days. The workers were courteous. They were also careful and very organized. I replaced all my flooring and baseboards, also had some electrical done like ceiling fans, lighting, etc. I worked with Scott (part owner) as he was referred to by a friend of my wife's. He was wonderful to deal with and very responsive. Everything came out better than expected and I know some of it wasn't easy. We had two new pendant lights put in which came out perfectly centered over the kitchen island. The vinyl we chose looks amazing and the tile that got installed looks even better. I would certainly recommend them to any family or friend.

What started out as a landlords nightmare when a new washer was delivered and leaked in our second floor condo to the bottom condo. The delivery company was dodging accountability, so we had to call our own plumber/ restoration company which was Quick Restore and they came to the rescue! They did a great job at documenting all the damage and ensuring everything was dried out, before putting a plan together to replace all the damaged floors. The quality of of work was great and we were so impressed with the company - we had them redo our kitchen at the same time. Looks like a brand new condo. Would hire again! We worked with Kaleb who was also a great communicator!
