Best Water Leak Repairs ? in Phoenix AZ

They sent Adam out to my place yesterday afternoon, 6/8, to check out an issue I was having with my AC blowing in hot air as the day got hotter and not being able to go below 80° during the day.

Come to find out it was sucking hot air from the crawlspace and blowing it inside, whatever he did in the crawlspace worked great. It's blowing a lot cooler air, colder than before actually.

While I'm here I also want to commend the plumber they sent out on Friday 6/5(I'm who bad with names so I don't remember who) repaired my toilet issue quickly and also tried to help with a washing machine issue I am having(wasn't able to fix that one)

Needed to replace a leaky pipe in my garage. They were super helpful and super nice.

An outside faucet had a crack in the side. Robert came quickly, faster than I thought possible and made an immediate assessment and returned soon with a replacement faucet and quickly soldered the rupture. He was friendly, professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend to anyone who needs emergency assistance. Thanks again!

They came by to see my Plumbing issue. It was a simple fix. They didn't try to up sale me on anything. They should let people know in advance about the service charge but I understand. I'm happy how things turned out.

After our previous HVAC service person relocated, I had to find a new company to provide the pre-season maintenance for our two AC units. Contacted Hobaica and they were quick and painless to schedule the appointment. On the date of service, John from Hobaica, showed up on time and was awesome! took the time to complete the job correctly. Explained all that he was doing for us in laypeople's terminology. And best of all they had a first time service offering that was incredible. Call Hobaica, request John and you will be happy you did.

Connor came out on a Sunday and fixed my broken garbage disposal and a mystery leak under the sink. He was awesome and got everything fixed. I would totally use Goettl again, and wish I could reserve Connor for coming out again - he is the bomb dot com!!!

We had fast, dependable service. James was a good listener. He was patient. His advice was explained well as to what he could do to fix our problem. He wore a mask at all times and covered his shoes when he entered our house. His workmanship is wonderful. We are more than pleased and are grateful for the prompt service. I've been a comfort club client for over 3 years. I would highly recommend this company. Whenever I have a problem, they come that day and fix it. They are very efficient and have installed thermostats along with a new unit. They have fair prices but most importantly, you get great service and quick response.

Our AC was due to be changed, called Ryan to get a quote and he came within an hour. He gave a competitive price. Got our new system installed the next day. Very responsive and reliable! Highly recommended.

Ernest came to my home on time and introduced himself and was super personable. I have a lot of animals and Ernest noticed that I had 4 years of hair that had built up inside the closet where the system is. He went and got his wet/dry vacuum out of his truck and came back and vacuumed all of it out. I know that he didn’t have to do that and he went above and beyond. I’ve had Patrick Riley out to my home for plumbing and a/c maintenance and repairs and have always been impressed that all of their employees seem genuinely happy. I always like to see companies that fully value their hard working employees. I will continue to call Patrick Riley first every time. Thanks Ernest. Once again, we received excellent product, installation and customer service from Howard Air. A second air conditioner was needed at our house, and as soon as I called about it, customer service took the ball quickly and sales rep Scott helped make it happen along with a terrific installation crew that did excellent work. A friend recommended Crispy Air. Thankfully our AC had not stopped working, but was not running efficiently, not real cool, and was making odd noises. Initially called to get a bid and was told to call with any questions. Called and emailed with a couple questions. Did not hear back. Called them and finally someone contacted me. Day that AC was installed was told a manager would be calling to ensure all was as expected and answer any follow up questions. Waited several weeks, crickets. Finally called and set up the appointment myself. The morning that we'd set up the appointment, someone called me at 7:30am to advise me we needed to reschedule because the technician who was supposed to come that day, decided to go to Vegas at the last minute. ? So we rescheduled and Tony (the technician who came to my house today) was great! Fast, friendly and informative. I reccomend Crispy Air - but be prepared to wait, and know there may be a few hiccups. We are very happy with our AC from Crispy Air.

I shopped around for an annual service check for our heat pump split system. Liked the company philosophy of service to their customers. KJ's could come that day. Leonard was early, too. Polite and knowledgeable, he spent about 90 minutes going through the check points explaining all the readings. I am well satisfied with the service and fair pricing.
