I truly can’t say enough positive things about Gabe. It’s very difficult to come across a jack of all trades who is honest and true to his word. Gabe was able to come out the same day I called to install a gas range that the delivery drivers were unable to install (on two separate occasions) and repair a circuit breaker and several outlets. After 2 weeks without a stove, Gabe hooked it up and fixed my electrical issues all in just over an hour! He also followed up with me to ensure everything was functioning properly, which just shows how much he cares about his work and his clients. He has since helped me with plumbing issues and replaced my old kitchen faucet as well.

Shane was a Tech well informed on my plumbing inspection.this. Excellent and well informed Tech before the work proceeded. Also he was very detailed on his check list . He checked my anode in my hot water tank that was totally gone do to erosion. Disappointed on the last inspection (one year ago ) that was not checked which does diminish the life of the hot water heater. (Not good Brazil ) I had it replaced thanks to Shane bringing this to my attention. Very detailed in checking the rest of the house.He is an asset to your company and do want him to return on next years inspection.Sal Cannizzo

Called at 6pm because AC was not working. Service tech scheduled for midnight arrival. Louie, the service tech, called at 10pm to determine if this was an emergency, if so, he would come out between midnight and 2am to diagnose. I indicated that it could wait until the morning and Louie scheduled us for 7am. After thoroughly diagnosing the problem, we determined that the age of the system (30 years old) did not warrant the cost of repair so we scheduled the sales rep, Eddie Sandoval, for later in the day. Eddie came, reviewed our options and we scheduled the installation for Tuesday. He called back later in the day and informed us that a team was available on Monday to perform the installation. We were instructed on how to limp along until Monday and told that if the system failed completely and we needed a portable AC to hold us over that one would be available.The entire experience was fast and efficient. No high pressure. Louie and Eddie were courteous and professional at all times.I will write a separate review of the installation.
