Sewer Time Septic & Drain repaired our sewer line outside our home when our tree roots grew into and cracked the drain line to our septic tank. After Dan inspected the line using a camera he found the sewer line needed to be replaced and also found our septic tank had root intrusion and damaged our septic tank. They were able to replace both the main line and the tank very quickly and we felt the price was fair. Highly recommend these guys.

Had a simple plumbing problem, boy was I wrong. Called and talked to Martha and scheduled an appointment for a Saturday. Abdiel and John showed up and introduced themselves and quickly went to assess the situation. After a few minutes they said that they had to come back Monday. Monday arrives, Abdiel came early, very professional and polite and got busy right away. After a little while he came in with the news, he spoke directly to the landlord and informed him what was going on. Hero Home Service will be the first people I call for plumbing or AC work, they are truly a 5 star company. Don't settle for anyone else because in all honesty you get what you pay for and Hero Home Service has great prices and amazing technicians and office people.

Don’t trust these guys. I had a plumbing leak a while back and they came to repair it. They ended up tearing apart two rooms in my house. Then recommended a restoration company that is owned by the same people to repair the damage. They charged my insurance an obscene amount, and while dealing with my insurance for payment they tried to strong arm me by filing a lien against my house. They waited to inform me of all of this while I was on vacation . When trying to resolve any issues with my insurance they were rude and unhelpful. I have never had such a poor experience dealing with a service provider. Additionally, I now realize that most of the damage they caused was likely unnecessary. I wish I had known about their devious business practices. They did fix the leak … so two stars for that… but beware.

The employees who came to do the work always showed up on time, acted in a very professional manner, advised me as what was happening and did a very good job of clean up and repair of some sheetrock.

Called on a Sunday to clear out main house trap. Was pleasantly surprised to learn it would only be $47, even on a weekend (our cleanout trap is easily accessible from outside the house). They followed up promptly by phone to confirm the appointment and Isaac showed up at the scheduled time. I was very impressed with his professionalism and there was no hard sell for other services. He cleared the trap and was on his way within 30 minutes. Would definitely use them again if/when the need arises.

Adrian did a great job diagnosing our problem with no water. Even though he suspected what the issue was he approached the problem by the book identifying his steps to us along the way. He ended up replacing our water softener system that had been in place and overdue for replacement. Not only was his work straight and the solder joints nice he also swept out the space where the old one was in so when he left it looked better than when he got there. If that wasn't enough he also took a peek behind our washing machine and suggested we replace the rubber hoses with stainless steel ones to avoid unexpected issues especially as we are looking forward to some travel. Called at about 9pm on 3/24/19, and Joseph was there within the 30 minutes they quoted me. He unclogged my lines and had my toilets running clear within 20 minutes of arriving. Jackie called 2 days later to set up the appt to have the camera ran to find the reason for my clogs. All for the ad price of $98.00. The service was fast, great, and priced right.
