Sal and Jibran were the techs that came out to repair our plumbing system that had root invasion. They were always here when they said they would be, and they did great work. They were very friendly and explained everything that was going on. We haven't had a plumbing issue since they replaced the pipes.

Shoutout to Brent! They helped us with our mainline and consulted on our water pressure while replacing some old parts that needed adjustment. I've been impressed with Hays scheduling, reminders and follow up team. Every time I call they answer within a short number of rings. Great experience overall.

Robert repaired 4 things at different times: replaced outdoor spigot after I broke it. This was a rush job since the water was turned off. ; replaced toilet ring after the seal broke and helped clean up the leak mess; replaced copper piping and fixed valve for the swamp cooler; and repaired/replaced old lead pipe drain from bath upstairs. All of the repairs were done as quickly as possible and professionally. He is also a nice guy, polite, professional and will go above and beyond to get your plumbing back to working order. I will definitely use his services again and recommend Quick Fix to anyone .

Charged me $318 for drain clean that took 30 minutes on one of my rental properties. Also drilled a hole in the metal drain and left jagged edges exposed. Took my credit card ahead of job and never called with a quote to fix. Just did the job and charged me. Was very unhappy with the service and very high price. Wouldn't recommend at all.

These guys are top notch! Had a problem with my heat pump no one could solve. Expert HVAC diagnosed and fixed the issue and followed up to make sure it stayed fixed. Mike was so professional and definitely an expert!

We have used their services for several years and they have assisted us with everything needed to maintain a home in Az. We are only here in the winter months and they are totally in charge of our home while we are away. Our experiences with Jessica and Kevin have been the best. Some of our bedrooms were a lot hotter than the rest of the house. Andy figured out what was causing that issue and was able to reroute more air back to those rooms and better balance our house out. I wish we would have called him years ago. They also found a fire hazard that has been a danger to us for many years and fixed that for us as well. Because of all the additional work his team was here 3 days but they did a great job. We are very pleased with SG Mechanical and would recommend them to our friend and family.

My a/c had finally died after 29 years. I decided to get 3 bids and went online and sent interest requests . I heard from 2 and added a quote from Costco. AZ Perfect Comfort was the first to come out. They were the best in their initial inspection and presentation of the proposal. They also had the best price and were the earliest for installation and availability! I had been without a/c for 10 days at that point so this was important! Within 30 minutes my house had cooled 10 degrees! And so much quieter! And Fred and Justin were amazing! Very professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

As if their name and logo weren't awesome enough! These guys are ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!! They came to my home today to conduct an audit/inspection for SRP (yes, they were vetted by SRP and APS) and they were just out of this world! (See what I did there?) Not only did they move their schedule around to accomodate me, they showed up on time, with huge smiles on their faces (THANK YOU ROBERT AND CHRIS!) and came with a humongous wealth of knowledge. I know absolutely NOTHING about energy efficiency, HVAC units, insultation, duct work/returns... ad infinitum... They explained EVERYTHING in a way I could understand, and then were kind enough to wait around for my fella to get home so they could explain everything to him as well when I said, I know I am going to screw up everything you are saying... They are just kind, honest and hardworking and I could not be more grateful! I will always and forever use them for all of my AC/duct work/energy efficiency quests and I will always refer them to my friends and family. Finding honest, hardworking, affordable companies in this day and age is usually an exercise in futility. Especially in the home repair arena. We have discovered finding honest repair men is TOUGH. I hope this review helps those that are in our position, wherein everything in the home we bought last November needs fixed/repaired/replaced. I called ACE for a plumbing issue. Unfortunately it was not a simple blockage but a much bigger septic problem. My technician, Emil was wonderful. He was friendly, knowledgeable and saved me some money.

Beware !!!

Two new Trane units from Howard Air installed in 2016 for the cost of $24,000. they both was wired incorrectly from the thermostat to unit ! Second stage never was working. This caused the AC compressor solenoid to not engage and now it’s making a sound

Howard told me I would need pay 995.00 to transfer the labor warranty including opting in there maintenance package if the unit checks out ok. AC was wired wrong from start and they did not seem to honor there work . I would not use them and they do not offer any military discount. Costumer service was great excluding they didn’t Seem to honor there work

Giovanni was great at scheduling our appointment. He explained everything that was going to happen. Like Giovanni said, Jim (the plumber) called 30 minutes before arriving. He was punctual and professional and finished the job before dinner.

Outstanding service! you cannot go wrong with Comfort Experts! Yesterday it hit 116 degrees in Phoenix and our air conditioner stopped working suddenly. Early on Saturday morning my wife called Comfort Experts to diagnose the issues. Ryan, the owner, responded literally within two minutes and mentioned that he could be at our house shortly thereafter, which occurred as he said. Ryan and an employee took only about 5 minutes in our house to identify that wiring cables in our attic had caught fire, which could have been extremely dangerous. Ryan had all equipment on hand to replace the cables and a battery contained with the main unit.

All-in-all, truly remarkable work and a definite 5 star rating. It was a Saturday, Ryan responded immediately, and, fixed a potentially dangerous issue within minutes. Normally you might have to wait hours just for a technician to show up. Luckily, we have befriended Comfort Experts and will use them forever.

Please listen when I tell you DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! If I could leave no stars I would and if there is any retaliation from this review I will know where it came from. The tech came out to my house and spent the better part of his time bragging to my husband about how much he makes. Then quoted us 1160 to fix 2 parts in order to then figure out what was wrong. When we informed him that we would have to wait he became insulting saying maybe we should have saved the 50 to have them come out. THEN he proceeded to charge my husbands card 3 times!! We called another company more reputable to come give us an estimate it took them a total of 10mins and charged us 412 to get us up and running. We are still waiting for that 100 to be returned to my husbands card. AGAIN I SAY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
