I'm so thankful he got our air running again, with a house of 8, it has been a challenging few days to have everyone downstairs to stay cool and trying to work in the middle of it all. This company was amazing! We had a horrible experience with a well-known brand previously, so I was reading reviews to find a new one. Hays was perfect. We called because our A/C was turning on but would not cool. When Xavier took my call, he was professional and compassionate. He heard my youngest daughter (age 2 1/2) talking in the background and immediately looked to get us an earlier appointment. Mike came out, he was professional and courteous, and it took him only a few minutes to know what the problem was. Unfortunately, the part that was needed was a week away. We paid for the 2 day shipping to get the part here, but we were still going to be without air conditioning for 2 days. In 100 degree weather, apparently nobody involved thought this was ok. The very next morning, at 10 am, I received a phone call that he part had gotten there earlier than expected and they were scheduling it to be installed that evening. Mike arrived an hour ahead of schedule and installed the part well within the estimated time. He even checked to make sure it was working properly and cleaned out before getting ANY payment details. Let me reiterate that for anyone that didn't catch it. They put a rush order on a part without any payment information. I was flabbergasted. This is the way to do business. True professionals and their customer service is the best I've seen. Thank you, Hays.

Satisfied customer for over 6 years. Penguin cares. An ill family member, Sunday, late June, 96 degrees inside the house when their emergency technician arrived. Penguin sent ETA and technician Amir's photo prior. Amir worked fast, replaced the capacitor and was easy to understand. Appreciate that he had watched the video of the problem I sent when scheduling the appointment on Penguin's website. A real person phoned soon after my email. What Penguin says is what they deliver. Saved hotel stay. Highly recommend their billed monthly protection plan.

Technician replaced one of my leaking hose bibs as well as the troubleshoot another leaking back flow valve. He was very nice and did the work very quickly. He didn’t need to replace the back flow valve so did not charge me to troubleshoot it. I will definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs.

Gabriel came out to make sure our unit was working appropriately. Prompt service from owner.. can’t beat that.

Best HVAC company in the valley

I had a new air conditioner installed by Kyle and Matt today. They showed up on time and were very professional. The crane showed up at the scheduled time and the switching of the units on top of my 2 story home was very efficient and quick. . Kyle showed me multiple pictures of the roof before the old unit was removed and various stages of the installation. As soon as the air conditioner was turned on, I could immediately tell how much better the air flow was. I would recommend SG Mechanical Services for all services they offer. I would give them more than 5 stars if possible.

Michael was my technician who drained and treated my tankless water system. He was very professional, and explained the process thoroughly to me. In addition, he arrived promptly at 8 AM. I am very pleased with the service.
