Not only are they the best at what they do, they are incredibly responsive, communicate well, and have the client's best interest at heart. If my family were experiencing water damage, 1800 Water damage would be the first and only call I would make!

I had a flood loss at my mothers house. Go To Service were there with in an hour and proceeded to clean things up. I would recommend them to any of my family in the future

These guys are scammers... if they suggest asbestos/mold testing only allow testing through FiberQuant Arizona, who charges $85 for 5-layer testing and doesn't round up. I've seen their testing costs at $2300 - compared to the same test at $85 elsewhere. Another thing, they started work on one of our properties without permission to enter the property - they'd already started setting up their equipment and their quote was $4400 for the work... we called someone else in and got the work done for $250. They prey on people not knowing what really needs to be done, and it's downright criminal. They also are rude... they were parked in a fire lane where traffic from our entire condo building must pass through in order to get to work or get out of the building, and refused to move to accommodate people who need to get to work. Would never, ever, ever, ever recommend this company.... ever.

I would put in a zero but there’s no way to make a comment without at least marking one star. They need to fix what was not improperly completed and they need to fix the money issues. They were really good about telling me someone else’s work was shabby but then when their work was shabby they didn’t see it. What someone else had done was easily fixable but what they did is impossible to fix without tearing out my walls. They really played me for being stupid. Oh, they’re great sales people. Also, their cabinet man ran off in the middle. I have a lot more to say but I ran out of time.

PuroClean did a great job cleaning up our property from a plumbing leak. It took a while to pinpoint the source of the leak but the whole time the place was kept clean and dry.

Nate repaired my attic access in my hallway after new AC unit was installed. Called prior to coming over and was on time and did a great job.

Lied to by this so-called restoration company. Suppose to repair kitchen, bathroom & garage. Abandoned and collected money from my insurance company for incomplete and messy job. My calls to General Manager, Paul were never returned. Had to take off work on 3 occasions for nothing. These people owe me money for lost wages and valuable time lost. They have no respect for customers time. I only wish I read some of these other reviews 1st. Shame on me. Beware. I suggest using reputable and established companions like ServoPro.

They were not quick, they did a haphazard job and flooded my house and proceeded to take even longer and charge me extra for their screw ups

At the beginning of April, the apartment above mine flooded into a third of my apartment and it has been an ongoing mess to resolve, but Dell's team was amazing. They were professional, quick to respond and went above and beyond to help me try to get back into my apartment as soon as possible. I really hope I never need to use a water remediation team again, but if I do I know who I'll be recommending/using!
