While experiencing my first AZ monsoon in our new house, we discovered our sump pump wasn't working so we immediately had to start bailing water. We called Hays Cooling Heating & Plumbing late on a Saturday night and scheduled an appointment for Sunday morning. The tech, Jerry Kline, diagnosed the issue (dead motor), found a replacement, and installed it - all on a Sunday. Thank you Jerry! We were very pleased with Jerry and Hays.

I called for the drain cleaning special. Specified that there would not be any other charges. Guy got here and charged me an additional $20 because the drain was already clear. Made no sense I will not use them again.

AHS assigned Valley's Best to fix my A/C unit after was out for three days. Adam the tech got the job done within an hour and left with a smile. This company employs the best and lives up to its name the Best I truly appreciate their quick service respond, especially my thanks goes to Marlene the office Mgr who contacted me immediately and scheduled the work in the same day while other companies didn't respond, have no openings, or made the excuse which was worse than guilt by saying: we don't serve A/C units on two stories houses, Absolutely ridiculous answer.

This HVAC company is the best business I have ever done business with! I was totally reassured by Joseph who was the person I talked to at Sun Devil Heating and Cooling. I had an under and over elbow duct and they took all that out, replaced the duct work and put in a new York heat pump. They give you an awesome warranty, and they do the job right! DO NOT HESITATE to do business with this company! You will not be sorry! I'd give them ten stars if I could! The work crew was just as awesome as the company! No need to call anyone else, believe me! AAAAA+++++

A very honest company and do Great work

I purchased an annual preventative maintenance (PM) contract from SG Mechanical. An expensive mistake.

During the sumner PM they replaced an OEM capacitor with their cheap inferior capacitor. The replacement caused electrical surges in the fan and compressor - a shady dishonest way disreputable contractors can stress-fail an older air conditioner to force a service call or a lucrative AC replacement - which SG Mechanical pushed before, during, and repeatedly after their PM.

After recognizing the surges as something very wrong, I called one of the SG Mechanical owners for them to come back and put in the correct capacitor. Again they Installed a cheap, inferior, non-OEM, non-Trane-approved capacitor (this time it was the correct voltage and amperage size for the AC unit). After gaslighting the facts and their responsibility they charged me $89 for the service call.

Unfortunately the damage caused by SG Mechanical was already done. The motherboard with visible scorch marks from repeated surging, failed less than three months after their summer PM-Mission accomplished. An expensive repair. Lesson learned: I will NEVER let SG Mechanical work on my Trane AC/Furnace again.

I’ve had great service from start to finish with a new HVAC system but recently my unit was checked out by a tech named Zachary. This tech was the most caring and thorough tech I’ve come across in a long time. He’s a great communicator, problem solver and a man of his word. He is an all around honest, good human being. I highly recommend Day & Night, it was difficult choosing a company to purchase my unit from. I’m sure I made the right choice.

Their response time and installation was fast! Not to mention their price was very competitive and I couldn’t find anyone else that could beat them! Definitely recommend them to anyone.
