Binh arrived on time for the yearly AC service. My AC units are on the roof and he recorded the concerns on his phone and then played it for me. This allowed me to ask questions and Binh provided great information. I appreciate the time he took to walk me through some of the steps on the thermostat. Overall, a great experience. James showed up quickly and was knowledgeable and friendly. He informed me of the price for diagnostics before starting and found the issue quickly once he inspected the HVAC. He let me know the price for the repairs and made sure I was comfortable with it before starting. He then repaired the issue and got everything working. I was impressed with the work and had him perform the biannual maintenance on my HVAC as well. I am very happy with the service and have signed up for there monthly maintenance plan.

New house so wanted to get things checked out before the winter time when we eventually start using the heater. Tech was on-time...super polite...and completed everything quickly while my family went about their business. He explained a couple things to me and luckily all looked good! Technician found the issue quickly and allowed me to go purchase the part and install it myself, saving me a lot of money. I gladly paid the service fee instead of over $300 for the $11 capacitor that took me under 3 minutes to replace. I understand paying a fee for the technician’s knowledge, ability and time, but that’s a bit much. All in all I’m still very happy with Parker and Sons and the fact that they allowed me to fix it myself.

Vincent P, Tyson K and Dave G came to my home to replace the entire HVAC system. They came right on time and were very polite and professional. They even were patient with my 3 little barking dogs. They took care of everything that needed doing, they completely cleaned up after themselves. They put down carpets to protect my floors. A very big thing is Vincent took his time making sure I was comfortable with the new thermostat. I would highly recommend George Brazil to others. Also, the people I dealt with before today were also very helpful and friendly. They have a good company there.

I had a great experience with Jon who replaced my capacitor. He arrived on time, properly diagnosed the issue, and gave me an overview of how everything else is performing as well. He also took the time to help me with a separate issue with the heating which he didn't have to do, but did anyway and I really appreciated it! Only downside (and this has nothing to do with Jon) is that the prices are a bit steep, including the service/diagnostic fee.

We had an excellent experience with Green ID. David's crew was very friendly. We had duct sealing, additional insulation added and window screens added. Their work was thorough and the air seems like it has run less. I am very interested in seeing the bills this summer. I certainly recommend the energy assessment to see what may be worth
