The technician was right on time when I needed him to be there and he troubleshooted the problem with my A/C and had us back up in running quickly. Would definitely call again for routine check-ups and repairs!

Really recommend this company! They are super friendly and provide quick service which is significant in Arizona heat. My AC broke on a Monday morning, called them, and they were over diagnosing the issue within a couple hours. They were able to get a brand new AC unit, order a crane, and install my new AC unit by 8am on Tuesday morning. Not even 24 hours had passed since I called them and my AC was fixed!

Our drains were completely clogged, he came out very quickly and was able to diagnose the problem and resolve in within a few hours! He even gave us his card incase he needs to come back out for free.

We moved into a new home recently and had no idea how horribly installed the AC was by the previous owner. Dave was very knowledgeable and helpful with explaining it all to us. Instead of just telling us what we needed to get our AC up and running, he checked everything so we could be warned for the future. I also liked how communicative the company was, letting us know when en route etc.. and that they're paperless! Thanks Dave and Howard Air!

My garbage disposal stopped working Sunday, and Parker and Sons sent out a tech the next day. Extremely fast service. Darrell is an absolute top tier tech. He is extremely personable, friendly, and really knows his stuff. He got my assume solved in a quick amount of time, while also answering my questions about life span of the products and even helping to get me schedule on a water softener I need replaced (who is also coming out today - talk about quick service!).I will absolutely be using Parker and Sons again the future. Continue to employ people like Darrell and your business will thrive!

Bradly H. arrived within 20 minutes as advised within the courtesy call he made prior to arrival. He was courteous and attentive while I described the reasons that prompted us to schedule the service. He inspected the system and made necessary adjustments (added refrigerant) to ensure proper operation of the unit in a timely manner. He explained what additional parts (leaking coil) and maintenance were required and within what typical time frame we might expect the part to arrive and additional maintenance to be scheduled. When asked, he also provided us with information about our warranty (until 2021!), that this call was at no cost, and that when our warranty expires in 2021, we could purchase a new unit with a lifetime warranty. We are really happy we purchased our A/C unit from George Brazil

Nate the Technician is always on time and professional. He always communicates with me to let me know he's on his way to what he's found, what's needs to be done, how's it going and how it went when he's done. He answers all my questions and I trust him in my house. He very knowledgeable and a good listener. I'm glad he's my tech and hope he stays my tech for years to come. I went through HomeAdvisor, and am so grateful I did. I talked to Gerald within 10 min of entering my information on HA. He came out the same day to look at my AC.
I'd already had a couple of quotes from other companies, so when Gerald showed me his quote I was shocked! It was significantly lower than competitors. (so I checked his reviews and they were great)

The day of the install, the gentlemen were at my house 15 min earlier than expected! They cleaned as they worked so I never had boxes or trash all over the place.

Lyle from Larson Air was awesome! Great service and expertise. I never leave reviews but he was so professional and good at his job I just had to! He was so clear, understanding, honest and thorough. He was always on time and finished up so quickly. He never left a mess. The A/C in our over 4,200 sq ft house is working so much better now! He sealed some leaks that he discovered when he came out the first time and he added freon. Also, the master bathroom Has never felt cool since we moved in. We are the original owners and have lived in this house for about 10 years. Even the builder had no solutions when we mentioned it during a walk through 10 years ago. Lyle had a great idea to add an A/C duct to the master bathroom with a direct shot from the a/c unit to the master bath. It was such a great solution and that room finally feels like it’s getting A/C! I think we will be seeing a huge savings on our electric bill too because we won’t have to crank down the air anymore to feel like it’s working. Great job Lyle! Highly recommend Larson! Ask for Lyle! You won’t be disappointed!!!

I was very pleased with Green ID. The owner was very friendly to deal with and the price was fair. The crew that came out were really nice, did good work and cleaned up after themselves well. I would definitely recommend them.

RJ, my technician, was incredible! He checked my filter inside the house and also went above and beyond to make sure that EVERYTHING in my A/C was working correctly.
He was awesome. He was knowledgeable and friendly and he answered all my questions about my unit.
