We needed to have an electrical panel for one of our buildings replaced due to age-related component failure that knocked out power to one of our units, so we contacted Jeff with Phoenix Contracting to find the appropriate replacement. Jeff was right on top of his game all the way, from figuring out the load calculations, design parameters, submitting that data to SRP for approval, getting permits from the City of Chandler, all the way to installation and test. If we had any questions, he was always available to answer them with clarity. If there was any situation that might be a concern he always let us know, explaining in detail what he discovered. Jeff and his crew members, Mike, Gabriel and Salvadore were always very friendly, courteous, very knowledgeable and professional all the way. Once they had all of the materials available to complete the job they arrived as scheduled, set up quickly and completed the installation within a two day period (!) with minimal down time for the affected apartments. I don't think I've ever seen any crew work that fast and accurately. The safety of their crew, our personnel and of the units was always a top priority. Especially important to us was that when they left the property after completion of the project it was cleaner than when they arrived. Nothing but professionalism all the way! Definitely without question finally found a good company I can refer out when people ask! Called because my kitchen outlets weren’t working. They came out the same week, replaced the gfi that was bad/ showed me the cracks in it and how old it was- also showed me where my other gifs were and how to reset them if I were to ever lose power in them again! They were also very reasonably priced!! 5 stars in my book!

No show for appointment, no call with reason, and didn't return 3 calls...grrrrr

Business owner lists a phone number to call but cannot leave a message because the mailbox is full. Slow response to contact him by text. Showed up late. Was told by his diagnosis that a 110 vac vent motor was faulty and needed replaced. He did he doesn't motors. How can you call yourself an electrician but you don't do small motors??? Very unprofessional. Charged $150 and referred an AC guy to call for replacing the motor. Possibly kickback from the AC guy. Stay away from this so called electrician Find one more professional and reliable.

Colin came to install a bathroom vent fan. Very professional and competent. Colin returns to do 2nd fan install but must first find a unit to fit size constraints. Also, to return to re-install de-icing cables. Enjoyable experience with Colin! Thank you

I’ve obviously heard a lot about this company through the radio. When I had an electrical issue that I could not figure out, I gave them a call. They came a few days later, at the scheduled time. Instead of figuring out my issue first they went right into quoting some other things that I had mentioned I wanted a quote on, rather than to figure out my initial issue and then go in with the quotes. Now I realize that this is completely my fault but my “issue” turned out to be a GFCI outlet that was behind a freezer that I had failed to locate. But the part that’s hard for me is that the electrician STILL charged me 426 dollars even though that was the “issue”. That’s the last time I’ll be calling this company.
