Despite not renewing my contract with them, they allowed me to renew the same day an honored the perks of being under contract. The plumber who came out to snake a clogged toilet and repair a broken hose spigot was on time and completed the repairs in a timely manner. My wife and I are first time home-owners, and out of all of the various contractors we have dealt with in recent years, Hays is the friendliest and most professional when it comes to taking care of our plumbing, cooling and heating needs.

My service tech, Nexa, was fantastic! She diagnosed the problem and advised me of the specific parts that were in need of replacement and the cost of the all the work prior to the repairs starting.
