Called to schedule a service appointment for my client. I was told the person scheduling was processing invoices and would call me back to schedule an appointment. No call...I called back and left a message to request a return call, no call yet. Just attempted to call them back and it went to voicemail.

Two stars because I did speak to a person and they were pleasent and professional, no more stars because it is not the customers job to hound the business to do work or follow up.

Looks like I am moving to the next company on the list. Had high hopes based on numerous reviews.

*Update...downgraded to 1 star. After no calls and the message this morning, within 3 minutes if leaving a review Debbie called me, said she was a little concerned with my review said she had invoices yesterday and phones were busy today. Interesting that as soon as the review was left I became a priority for her to call.

She also was audible unpleased, which I understand however, after giving an extra star for professionism, I removed one for the lack of the same reason.

Did call another company, answered on the second ring and scheduled me right away...very pleasent experience.

They arrived on time, they took their time to make certain that the work was performed correctly. They thoroughly tested their work to make certain that there were no leaks. They were a pleasure to deal with.

Called a bunch of roofing companies and got multiple estimates. By far America Roofing was the most knowledgeable and experienced out of all of them. You can tell that Jason (the guy that came out) was highly experienced in roofing, honest and very upfront about everything. I would highly recommend America Roofing for any roof repairs, roof inspections or new roofing services.

I must say since day one that i met these beautiful ,outgoing, very honest family business .I feel like they have become part of my family not only did I have the pleasure and honor to meet them for business relations but i feel as if I had known them forever, just the way they welcomed us was amazing. Multi-Pro replaced my roof and communicated with my insurance company to cover the replacement. I worked with Kris Chavez, who made the experience enjoyable and stress-free. He was organized, attentive, flexible, and on schedule. I recommend Multi-Pro Roof Solutions to get the job done professionally and safely. The crew was considerate of my pets and tidy; they left close to no roofing materials or nails behind. Furthermore, one of my relatives also had her roof replaced and was highly pleased with the work, communication, and professionalism of Multi Pro. Thank you, Kris, for helping me have a new roof!

They blocked my driveway with there trailer for a week. There was a rain delay on there ability to roof so they left there trailer in my driveway for 5 days, moving it on the 5th day. I had a vehical parked on the side of there trailer because I could not access my driveway. While they were roofing they damaged that vehicals paint. Then they blamed it on the weather and will not take responsibility. In addition the rain rails/flashing they removed were bent from the removal process and they refused them. It looks terrible and it will probably leak. I do not recommend this company.

In response to the comment below: If you are the owner or one of them, I suggest you speak with James. He is aware of the issues I have had and he said he spoke with the owner and the owner was not interested in the damage to my vehicle. And if you are the owner I suggest you contact me and I will show you the security footage of shingles hitting my vehical. I will also so you the securaty footage of me singing the check. We really love our metal Vertex roof. Craig was very helpful throughout the process. The work was done when promised, and they even came out and did the underlayment prior to their start date to help us keep our remodel on schedule. We followed their recommendations, even though there were additional costs, but the end product is amazing!

Outstanding customer service. I called about tile roofing and they gave me the pros and cons and also suggestions. They didn't try and push a new roof on me which is great, but gave me the best options available for my home.

I want to commend the excellent work that Precision Roofing did on replacing my flat roof. Omar kept me informed at all times on the progress of the roof. I appreciate his professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone looking to replace or repair their roof!

The Tacheny crew arrived promptly and got to work tearing off our old roof, repaired a couple areas of water damaged OSB and then proceed to install our new roof. They got it done it one day!!! Yes, one day. Now there were alot of guys working and they all worked very cohesively. Our new roof is beautiful and protects us from the elements. The warranty is fantastic too. I would recommend them to anyone needing a total roof replacement and/or repair.
