We have used Wyman Plumbing now twice. I'll start with Tamra at the office. She is cheerful, and very helpful. She listens and asks clarifying questions, so she is sure she understands the issue, to ensure she send the staff well equipped to handle the job. Doug and AJ did the first job, and were on time, professional, and also very helpful. We need to have a "wobbly" toilet fixed and they also discovered the valve was not working. No more wobble, and now it flushes without holding the handle to the count of 3. It also fills up much quicker. We couldn't be happier. Second job was to check our water pressure valve. No issues, and we weren't charged! Also had to replace some covers on pipes from the water heater to the wall, and that was done quick. They are punctual, priced right, and customer service is great. Would use them again, and highly recommend them, if you need plumbing services.

It was a stress-free experience from start to finish, I couldn't be happier!  From the initial phone call speaking with Perry, who set my appointment to Luis showing up and efficiently replacing the expansion tank to the water heater.  VERY caring, professional, and knowledgeable.  Luis also graciously provided me with a couple of estimates for the future on replacing the water heater supply line pipes, shutoff valve, and kitchen sink faucet. Exemplary customer service... I could not be more confident in their work or more pleased with the excellent service.  I will only call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing from now on!!!

We had a kitchen sink and faucet replaced. These guys did it great. Their tech was professional, had a great attitude and best of all, was there when he said he'd be there. None of this "we'll be there between 9-3" or something. They said 10 and they were there at 10. I'd recommend them to anyone. In fact, I already have.

I had a great experience with this company. Don came in assessed what our issues were and was upfront with what we could expect. After fixing the issue he went above and beyond by showing us proper maintenance and left the bathroom cleaner than it was before. I am very happy with the service.

I can’t say enough good about this company. Having 70 year old drain lines that were in terrible/critical condition, they came out and in the course of a week repaired them all. From pipe bursting the exterior main line to relining the interior line, all with minimal inconvenience. No concrete cutting, no flooring repairs and only minor landscape work needed, and able to use our facilities throughout the entire process.From the start with Brandon going over the free camera footage video, to the 2 Raul’s doing a fabulous job, to the owner Mark calling us on working with our line service warranty to get it covered for reimbursement, the whole staff were on point. THE PLUMBER IS AMAZING. He phoned me before my allocated time slot to let me know he was available, and he arrived promptly. And he worked tirelessly for almost an hour to unclog my clogged drain. Unfortunately, the task was more complicated, so he graciously departed from the field at no cost to me. (Unfortunately, I had to assign the work to my landlord at the time, despite my willingness to pay within reason.)

Travis was on time and the estimate was extremely fair. I would recommend this company to anyone!
