Best System Repair in Phoenix AZ

Carter came out to repair one leak on a cracked pipe he inspected it and brought to my attention 3 other repairs needed. He was very professional and did not try to play salesman but inform me what repairs also needed to be addressed. Would highly recommend them.

The gentleman didn’t properly check the AC unit to determine the issues and instead said the entire unit needed to be replaced which was going to cost $14,000. He was asking personal questions that were none of his business. Had another company come and just said it was the compressor. Do not recommend this company!!!

Had an emergency situation and called them... they showed up super fast and were very nice and informative. Explained my problem and possible solutions and had me fixed up in no time. I've since called them for a couple other issues and always the same great service with a smile. Won't ever go anywhere else!

We have used Hobaica a couple of times in the past, and were very pleased with the quality of work done. Our AC unit went out and we called them on a Sunday. They were great at calling me back but the technician said he was the only one working and no one could come out. It's Phoenix and such a large and reputable company has only one technician for emergencies? I called another company and they came out within an hour and did such a great job; I don't think we will be using Hobaica again.

I have used DDM for several years now and have been very pleased with the service and knowledgeable techs. Cody is the tech we use the most and he is always very reliable, professional and never leaves a mess. He is very respectful of our home and thorough in his service and explanation of what he is doing. You can tell he only recommends what he would do for his own home. I have had a few emergency calls, and the response has always been as fast as you could expect during an Arizona summer. Honest, educated, dependable and realistic would sum them up.

Our install crew was phenomenal. They were extremely professional. They laid down blankets everywhere they would be walking throughout the house. They cleaned up well after taking down both of our systems. The crew lead was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had to the best of his ability and I asked a lot of questions (just my personality). He didn’t get irritated at all. The whole install didn’t take very long for getting two systems in. Everything seemed professionally installed to the highest of standards. The owner of the company even comes and does a quality check of the whole installation after everything is done to make sure all questions are answered and everything is exactly perfect.
This company was great. Their price was competitive with everyone else’s price, even company’s who were quoting day and night (off-brand hvac). We got one of the best prices, Trane 16seer HVAC equipment and a great team that helped us throughout every step of the process. I got 10 quotes for our HVAC to get replaced and I am SUPER happy that I chose this company. I HIGHLY recommend Tim (owner) and his great crew!

I could not be happier with our decision to use A & M Mechanical for our A/C replacement. Last summer we had an issue with our A/C and had an option to either replace the coils or the unit. Trust was definitely established when they did not just recommend a new unit. We decided to replace the unit based on its age, but as we had a lot going on at the time it was difficult for us to schedule at that time. Mark and his team were able to provide a temporary fix and got us through a very hot summer. Through the fall we were dealing with our elderly mother in and out of the hospital and Amy was so caring and patient, and kept us up to date on manufacturer pricing and promotions, and got us locked in on pricing at the end of the year, and scheduled our install for February. Earlier this week Mark and his team, Brad and Brian completed the install of our new unit. They were so professional, knowledgable, and personable. Mark did an exceptional job going over the functions on the new thermostat, and going over the paperwork and warranties, making is so easy to understand. Before the install was complete Amy had emailed me with the details on the remote access account she had set up for us, to be able to access our thermostat remotely, again providing easy to understand directions. It is so comforting working with a family owned business, whose integrity and compassion are demonstrated in everything they do.

Just wanted to let you know that this adjustment for the a.c. turned out perfect! I actually have a constant temperature throughout my home finally! I wanted to tell you (and the whole company) thank you so much! This has been bothering me for a year and I didn't have 3 grand to fix it (which is what the other company told me it would cost) but not only did you all manage to get me exactly what I wanted, but all for less than $800! Honest and Thorough!

I recently had a different company inspect my three HVAC units for summer preparations. The inspecting company gave me a long list of things that needed to be repaired along with a very large estimate for the cost. Some of the work needing to be done was to replace one unit’s warrantied coil, duct leak repairs, new disconnect switch, new unit in our casita with a heat pump, and create a return in our kitchen to alleviate the strain on one of our units. Due to the number of repairs and the cost of the entire job, I sought a second opinion through Home Advisor.

Gerardo from Sun Devil Heating and Cooling, Inc. quickly phoned me and agreed to come by the next morning. After reviewing the list of maintenance items, as well as inspecting that all were required, Gerardo assured us that he could complete the job in a day and presented us with a cost that seemed more inline with what we felt the job should cost, including the unit replacement for our casita.

The crew that came to do the work were courteous, pleasant, upbeat, and such a pleasure to work with. Alex, Roy, Alfonso, and Jeff took care of my home while they were here, even doing a thorough clean up before leaving. When they put in the new return in the kitchen, they were sure to mask all the other areas in plastic to avoid a dusty mess in our kitchen. I truly appreciated their attention to details like this. They were efficient and I felt like they truly partnered with me to make sure the air in my home would be perfect. There was an issue with the new casita unit because the original builder made a shortcut in the installation of the original unit. The metal box in the ceiling for the heat pump was not a standard size and therefore a new metal box would need to be fabricated to properly fit the new unit. Because Gerardo believes in doing things thoroughly and correctly, he had his crew come back the next day. They spent the time needed to install the heat pump and the outside condenser unit. They also were kind enough to give me a brand new door to the ceiling as the old one was approximately 20 years old with broken clips. While Gerardo was not here the entire time his crew was, he managed to stop by and call to make sure we were very happy and also to see if his crew needed anything. Such a caring person Gerardo is!
