We have a new build home and have been sourcing a lot of services and quotes from various contractors. I have to say that Eric and his team truly uphold their name - First Class Coatings. We wanted to do a full epoxy and chip spread for our garage. Eric was responsive and communicative from the first call, and when it came time to actually perform the job, his team was not only early on the first day, but also finished the job ahead of schedule! Some other companies took more than two days to respond by email or phone (if at all!)...I know people get busy, but an eagerness to secure new business is certainly appreciated by the customer and undoubtedly the rewards reaped by the business owner. My wife and I were skeptical of a “dust-free” experience, so we covered most of our furniture......that was a mistake as there truly was almost no dust and they removed over 500 square feet of tile (in less then 4 hours).
