Best System Repair in Phoenix AZ

John and Team revamped my old shower into a fully tiled and glass shower of my dreams. They are great to work with and very responsive. From the demolition to the finished product quickly and the pricing was extremely fair for the work done. Mike is super and making sure the customer is happy at all times. I am very pleased to post this review as I feel they deserve it. Nice job guys.

Technicians arrived on time . They introduced themselves and informed me of what they where going to do . They were diligent and professional. They removed me old tub and shower stall and installed a beautiful large shower in 2 days as stipulated in my contract. It was a pleasure to do business with Pacific bath from the start to completion I highly recommend them!

The two men who installed the Shower were outstanding, (Nathan G and Eddy G. They were on time and answered every question we asked. The finished product was exactly how we were told it would be and the clean-up was great. Would recommend these two gentlemen to any one.

Luxury Bath took my tub out and put a shower that i love. The workers did a great job cleaned up. The price was good. I will have them do my master next. There was a waiting period but i was informed of that up front. Couldnt be more Happy

This is my honest review after hiring Tim’s company to gut 3 of my rental properties in Phoenix, all of which are manufactured homes which needed extremely affordable restoration and remodeling services so I can sell and I can tell you from experience, Tim’s company;Mesic contractors is by far Maricopa County’s best manufactured and mobile home service company. Trust me guys, they are the best people in the city to do such good work. I suggest people opt for the service for repairs, levelling, foundations, awnings, roofing, skirting, painting, and more. I’ve now been using their remodeling services for more properties going on more than two years.

Acuity Builders did a fantastic job. They were able to fit within the expenses covered by my insurance and finish the work sooner than anticipated. They removed the old floors and baseboards, painted the house inside and out, put new floors in and had someone come and clean the entire house. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get any work done on their home!

Jerry and his team have always taken great care of all the customers that our team at The Tile Shop Tempe send his way. They take all the stress out of the remodeling process! I would highly recommend using them for your project! On behalf of our team I want to thank Jerry and the whole Southwest Restoration and Design team for all their hard work!!!!

Design and estimate had serious issues, but their workmanship was very good.
The main purpose of our remodeling was to have more room in the shower area; this purpose was very clearly emphasized when discussing the initial design with the consultant. The design consultant (a very nice and socially skilled lady, but new to the business) designed the new shower and remodeling details and gave us the estimate around 12k.

After a few weeks of waiting, the first day of the work was done, the old shower removed and the new base installed; I noticed that the available area actually looks smaller than our previous one! Could not believe a mistake like that, so I measured it and discovered that the useable area of the shower stall was actually smaller than the one we had previously. So, we stopped the work and called the designer. She admitted that the inside area was smaller, but when designing, she has measured it with the outside perimeter measurements; an honest mistake.
The problem is when she redesigned the bathroom, so much more work needed to be done with removing the adjoining tub and re-centering the drain, etc. that the new estimate was 20k, almost two times more than the original.
Re-Bath did not accept financial responsibility for any of the extra cost or the delay and the very long inconvenience of redoing the job.
Obviously, if we had this estimate of cost and duration to begin with, we would not have started the job with them; but it was not possible to stop it at that point. We had to go about 6 weeks without the use of the shower in the master bedroom and deal with the inconvenience of using the guest bathroom instead.

Van is a man you can trust. He will stand by his word.

We will forgive ATR Handyman, for their gross negligence of the paint job and Randy's deliberate attempt to intimate threaten me by removing his crew if I do not pay immediately the balance of the job, even though the crew was knee-deep into the job. They already had received more than 2/3 of the payment in less than 5 days.
Randy had the audacity to say if you do not pay the remaining, we will roll, (the crew rolled leaving over $5k in damages) per Randy's invoice, 3rd payment due on completion we will forgive them.

The best Handyman I have ever used in my life. I'm old and unable to do repairs the way I want it but Jeremy and his crew are the best thing since sliced bread!!!

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! I have been waiting over 6 months for these flakes to show up. No communication unless you call them and even then it takes days for them return your calls.

I keep getting the typical excuse, labor issues, supply chain etc...

Its seems like the owner is a one man show and nothing happens without him. That would be great except is about 80 years old!!!

Doing an extensive remodel can be a nerve-racking and overwhelming experience. Thankfully, we chose FHR after considering several other contractors and we couldn't be happier with our choice. Oron and his workers did a wonderful job and built a beautiful home for us. Throughout the process, Oron was very responsive, honest and made sure everything was done correctly. He also provided us with great suggestions along that way that were incredibly imaginative. There were no hidden costs or unforeseen cost overruns - he stayed within budget, worked with us to maximize our construction dollars and didn't try to up-sell us at every turn. Additionally, Oron's workers were very polite and a pleasure to have around.

In short, FHR did a fantastic job and was a pleasure to deal with. We would highly recommend them to anyone considering a construction project.

Ray and Tatum constructed our 16 by 14 foot Ramada and my wife and I could not be more delighted. They started and finished on time and we were pleasantly surprised at the cost of the project. Both Ray and Tatum listened, asked questions and designed a Ramada we are totally satisfied with. They were genuine, personable and knew what they were talking about. We will use them for future projects and we whole heartily recommend Ray Ouellette General Contracting.

Excellent company

No Limits Concrete and Construction is the way to go. Charlie and his crew were exceptional. From quote to completion, Charlie was upfront, honest, and very knowledgeable answering any and all questions that came up. He and the crew were very efficient...two days of prep and one day to pour our 600+ sqft driveway. I highly recommend No Limits and will be using them in the future.
