I had 1st Choice come by to give me an estimate. They kept me informed every step of the way. They were on time and called to ask about my mask preference. I haven't decided if they will get the business or not yet but up to this point, I'm impressed!

I sold my house and had to have an home inspection. The inspector noted that I needed 3 screws in to secure the flue pipe in place. A friend of mine recommended me to call A&M. Talked to Amy, she was very helpful and pleasant. She stated that the screws are not recommended for these types of pipes. After A&M did the required preventative maintenance on my HVAC units, Amy went above and beyond and called the flue pipe manufacturer and distributor, the City inspector, an experienced home inspector, as well as combing thru code books and found nothing to support the home inspectors requirement for screws. She even called my home inspector. She sent me the code language for interlocking B vents and it did state that one should not use screws. I will definitely use A&M again.

I would highly recommend SCOTTSDALE Air Heating and Cooling. The sales, service, and back office are amazing and so easy to work with! Big shout out to Jacob and Russ for one of the best experiences during a very stressful time. They are so great to work with and I felt like they were honest about what I needed and the prices were very fair for the replacement of our unit. The service group who installed the unit are incredible as well. All around awesome experience!!!

My A/C went out last night after business hours, called the office and left message figuring I would have to call back in the morning when office was open - 10 minutes after leaving message, I received a call back from AZ PerfectComfort from a very friendly and helpful dispatcher (sorry, I didn't catch her name) & she got me scheduled for 1st thing in the morning. James, my technician showed up on time and had my system up and running quickly! Very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and punctual! AZ PerfectComfort is now my goto company for any future service/repairs and I will HIGHLY recommend this company to friends and neighbors for thier A/C needs. We bought a new home and the builder undersized the air conditioning resulting in a home that was not comfortable in the Phoenix summers. We had done some research and wanted to replace the original system with a Trane system and started looking for authorized installers in our area. Benefit Air had great reviews and came personally recommended by someone I work with. They did a great job and we are looking forward to our first summer with the new system.

We had a problem with one of the laundry room exhaust fans, they made the repair and did an awesome job. The guys that came were polite and did a great job making the repair.

Robert and Arron installed a new water heater that they found mold. They both were very polite and did a great job. .I would like to have them do other services if I need.

I called on a Sunday because our AC unit appeared to have quit blowing cold air. Unsure of the problem, but with the house warming throughout quickly, I called Lee Collins AC. I was impressed with the kind, helpful, and quick customer service and response time even during the weekend on off hours. Joseph was our technician. I appreciated his communication and responsiveness. He was able to get our AC back on track on the same day service call, which we were very grateful for as the the weather is getting warmer by the day! We had a very positive experience with all of their team members that we spoke to that day from scheduling to technician. I would highly recommend Lee Collins AC and will continue to use them for our AC/HVAC maintenance and service in the future.

I called Preferred Air to replaced my air conditioning unit. They not only replaced the unit they also made improvements to the duct work. My home has never been as efficient and comfortable in the 20 years I have been here. Their knowledge and customer service is 5 Star. I will never call anyone other than Preferred Air for my future A/C needs. They are the best.
