I have been using the crew at Scottsdale Air since 2001. There is absolutely no one else in the AC industry that I will work with. They have done all of the system replacements, repairs, and maintenance on all of my properties and I have never once had an issue with them. They will always go out of their way to make sure everything is taken care of. I have been referring them to family and friends for years, and I only wish they did electrical and plumbing too.

Stuart came out for a very thorough HVAC inspection and evaluation. He showed up on time and did an A-->Z Inspection of my complete system pointing out with photos the issues I have. I have been a customer of Lee Collins Air Conditioning for over 25 years. Today's maintenance service was above and beyond. The guys were professional, respectful, pleasant and knew their work inside and out. I sincerely appreciate their thorough inspection of my air conditioning unit. This place will swindle you. They came out to look at our unit on a rental property and quoted us that it would be a $1500 repair or an 8-10 grand replacement. I couldn't believe it so i payed their exorbitant fee of $80 and called another company and GB disconnected our heater saying its safer. But our tenants needed heat. So I called a mom and pop company. The gentleman came out and not only was able to properly diagnose the problem (which was a burnt fuse board) but he was also able to get the heat reconnected for our tenants that night and we were able to avoid any other repair fees or litigation. And the full price i paid for that service was $600. (300 for the part, 300 for labor). I then tried to contact a supervisor with George Brazil to ask why they swindled me and they never called back! I do not recommend using George Brazil unless you want to be taken advantage of. 0 stars. Awful!!

I can not thank Air Control enough for their amazing service from start to finish, specifically Ben. I had my AC go out unexpectedly and he was able to provide me with a diagnostic within an hour of calling the office and then he started working on my AC unit right away. He was extremely transparent throughout the entire process and I appreciated how thorough he was when it came to explaining what was wrong and what my options were. Thank you again Ben for the speedy, efficient, genuine service! Definitely saving your number and will share your info with friends and family whenever they need a reliable AC company to work with.
