I have used A & M Mechanical multiple time over the years for several properties. Their timeliness and attention to the details was what I found to be refreshing. If they say they will be there: They are there. The diagnostics that they perform left me with questions, but they were completely and honestly answered. Are they the least expensive? No, but I have found that over time they were the best value, since everything worked thereafter. No loss of my time, or the nickel and diming me over return calls to correct something else. Faster than a speeding bullet ... more reasonable than most competitors ... able to fix homeowner-error-created problems in a single bound. Called them at 2:30 on a Monday afternoon. Service tech was here and gone by 5:05. They even fixed a second problem I didn't know I had. Terrific service!!!

AZ Perfect Comfort is an amazing company. They are honest, have reasonable pricing and provide excellent Customer Service. Mack came out on Saturday, determined we needed a new Motherboard for one of our systems. Parts warehouse is closed on weekends, so it could not be ordered until Monday. He had the system up and running Monday morning. He is extremely knowledgeable, very personable, efficient and leaves no mess behind. I highly recommend AZ Perfect Comfort for all of your Air Conditioning and Heating needs.

Benefit Air installed new A/C system in May. They were awesome not just in their quality of work and professionalism. Their integrity and customer service is genuine. These are just really great people! The service support today 4 mths after installation was consistent with the crew who installed May. Anthony was so prompt and reassuring setting up the service and the tech who came, Juan, was so polite, professional and thorough. Use these guys! Customer Focus and Service like these guys provide is a rarity these days. I trust them to di the work and i have faith they will get it done!

This company is a real gem in the industry. They are very responsive, explain everything you need and want to know, went over the options, and got the job done! They replaced two aging heat pump a/c rooftop units, and were flexible enough to work with the roofer to do what was needed to seal underneath before completion. The price was very fair and competitive, and everyone of their staff was pleasant and professional. I highly recommend them!

They were very honest when I asked them if we needed new units when ours broke. Very quickly said with regular maintenance and a fuse fix, we should get 3-5 more years out of them. Words cannot express how pleased we are with Preferred Air, their service and their team. We initially shopped around for quite awhile and out of 5 companies, Daniel was the ONLY one to crawl in the attic on his first visit with also very fair and reasonable prices, although supply prices are out of his control.
We were finally ready to pull the trigger as everyday was a gamble with our ‘05 unit and within a week, we have a new unit and more efficient cooling. And even a whole extra box of filters for our new unit! How thoughtful!
Daniel and his team are so kind and genuine. They took the time to allow our dogs to sniff them when they came inside, even 15 times later because our old girl couldn’t seem to remember that she already said hello. I provided Gatorade’s and beef sticks for the team and while not expected, they all were so genuinely grateful.
The most important thing is the way their team speaks to each other is out of pure love and respect of one another. Even including their crane operator. They are truly a family based team and you can feel it.
I have never felt as well taken care of by a homeownership vendor. You can tell Daniel has his customers best interest at heart. I will never stop recommending Preferred Air and you shouldn’t either.
