Best Routine Maintenance in Phoenix AZ

I am a renter. I contacted our property management company & they sent these guys out to help with a main line back up. The technician was fantastic & did a great job. No complaints about his work at all (and is the only reason for 3 stars)!

HERE IS MY PROBLEM - You were sent to address my plumbing issues - NOT to assess my home & take pictures of rooms you had NO BUSINESS taking pictures of!!! You completely invaded MY privacy and I do not care what my property manager gave you permission to do - I pay my rent and have a right to privacy, I did not give you permission to take pictures of my BEDROOMS!!!!!!!!! Will never allow you in my home again!!!!!! SPYING ON PEOPLE IS BAD BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!

i had several problems with an hvac unit, only 7 years old. The past few months i had several repairs and still was not working properly. I called NVM to come out to trouble shoot the unit as the others were not finding the problem. The tech found the problem immediately,

I made an appointment with Cactus Mechanical last week to have my AC unit checked/tuned up. I was told they would call me 30 minutes prior to their arrival, so I needed to take a day off work to be home. The day of the appointment arrives and instead of getting a call saying, they were on their way they call to tell me they have to cancel because of a high level of broken AC units.

I completely understand and appreciate they are focused on getting AC units back up and running before doing any regular tune ups. However, they should have called a day earlier to inform me they had to cancel so I did not have to take a day off work.

Potential customers call a day before your service to verify Cactus Mechanical will show up. Otherwise, you may be sitting at home for no reason.

We started using ReddiServices nine months ago. We have had to use their plumbing services 4 times since then. All 4 times we have had excellent and timely service. Most recent issue was a very old irrigation head that was leaking under the ground. Jorge P. arrived as scheduled, and we are very pleased with his work. He capped off multiple irrigation lines (which we had never used in the 31 years we have lived here), replaced 2 old spigot heads, removed and replaced piping, replaced main shut off valve, and secured pipes in both front and back of house. We especially appreciated how well he communicated with us throughout the time he was here- before leaving he took us to both sites of repairs and thoroughly explained what he did. We are highly satisfied with the services we have received from ReddiServices!

Charged me $100 for service call just to tell me they don’t have the tools to get into the electrical unit under the AC. This was 1 month after they charged me $65 for a “tune-up” and inspection that didn’t discover this problem. Will not use again.

UPDATE: Had Parker & Sons come out 2 hours after Just Air and they had the unit back up and running in less than 10 minutes. Absolutely zero need to access the junction box referenced before. On top of that, they charged $0 as a second opinion. I don’t think this is a name calling match anymore (James, the tech, called me a jerk via text because I left a critical review), I just honestly don’t trust Just Air’s work. They took my money and made no attempt to earn that money.

Power outage damaged our thermostat. Benefit was out the same day I called and fixed the issue promptly. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience with comfort one! The technician was prompt, friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He addressed the issue quickly and the price was reasonable. We plan to get their maintenance package because they were so pleasant to work with! Thanks comfort one!

They are so nice and polite showed up on time clean uniforms respectful and got right to work for my annual checkup. Clean coils checked how cold my units were blowing and even went into the attic to. Check duct work connections. Honest non alarming AC company. So many companies do the gloom and doom to get maintenance contacts not these guys honest and informing !! I would recommend this company with confidence! Plus their prices were great !

Above par did an awesome job on repairing my air condition. They were patient and professional. Took their time to make sure everything was done right. I was working with Clay the owner and that was a surprise to actually have the owner doing the work.

Very professional, polite, responsive and friendly. They came out the same day and fixed the issue. Couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this company!

Shane was so great to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure our AC was repaired quickly. He was honest and on time. So hard to find these days. Highly recommend!!!

Nathan was great and stayed late to fix unit so we didn't have to suffer the heat another night. Only negative was I thought it was a bit pricy for the 2-3 hours labor involved. Otherwise, whole experience was great.

Anthony went above and beyond expectations. He worked quickly and efficiently but he took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He taught me how to clean another filter I had in the house, which had been accumulating dust for several years. Very pleasant personality. I would certainly request him again.

Island Breeze is my go to Heating and Air Conditioning company. Trust me, I've had a service contract with another and this company's professionalism and trustworthiness is unmatched.

The technician was very nice, we had him come out for a diagnostic. The gentleman told us our motor blower went out and it would $1300 for repair. When we had our family come out to replace the $300 motor. Turns out the transformer was bad and our motor was completely fine. Unfortunately we paid $120 for a false diagnosis. Glad we didn’t pay the $1300 and did more investigating ourself.
