Best Routine Maintenance in Phoenix AZ

Kevin was super knowledgeable and efficient! I completely trust Kevin with Ben Franklin with my home’s plumbing needs. He was coming from a distance in traffic and he arrived friendly and listened carefully to our problem and knew exactly what to do. My drains work again and my kids can take a bath!All companies and plumbers should take notes from Kevin with Ben Franklin on customer service and fixing plumbing needs. Adam and Nate came to my house this Saturday and cleared a blocked main line that 3 other (Non-Niemeyer Bros.) plumbers had failed to fix. They were fast to arrive, very friendly, competent, honest, and fairly priced. They turned a very stressful situation into a positive one. I will definitely call them again in the future for any plumbing needs!

My water heater started leaking on Sunday, I submitted a claim and got a response back within 2 hours. It wasn't an emergency, but Don contacted me first thing Monday morning, replaced my heater, and I had hot water by lunch. Thanks Don, you were courteous, respectful, knowledgable, and professional, the job was done efficiently and clean, and Don even went over the lighting and shutdown controls. Job well done! Thanks.

They were the only plumbers available on the same day I requested a toilet repair. The plumber arrived on time, explained the costs, and quickly fixed the problem! He was very polite and professional, and he wore a mask and shoe covers the entire time.

Moon Valley is great!! I needed pipes rearranged in my bathroom and they did a great job. The gentleman that came out worked really fast and was out in no time. A little while ago I also needed to get my water heater replaced and I had Moon Valley come out and helped me get all that straightened out. I am very happy with the work they've done at my house. Called with a hose bib leak - had to turn water off. They came out and fixed in less than 2 hours, amazing! I use them for my air con service and this was the 1st time for plumbing!

We called Scott's because our daughter's bathtub faucet broke. I tried to fix it myself (which I have done in the past in other bathrooms) but there was a problem with how the builder installed the piece and it was too difficult for me to remove. I called out Scott's, who responded very quickly. A special tool was needed which he did not have, so he ordered the tool and came back over a couple days later for a fast, professional install and fix. Thank you so much for being so quick and courteous. Will use again when necessary. Would recommend.

Turns out we did use them again when our water heater broke and started leaking. Scott's was prompt and friendly. A new water heater was ordered and promptly installed, and for SEVERAL HUNDRED dollars less than a couple of the big guys quoted us a few months earlier when we were looking for a preemptive replacement. Scott's even included some parts that the other guys wanted to charge a la carte for. Thank you Scott's for being reliable, friendly, and affordable.

I don't normally write these things, but these people are THE BEST.
This is the best experience I have ever had with a contractor in AZ.
They are honest and fast, you don't find that very often.
