I'm so happy with the incredible service we received from A.P.E.S. Our technician was thorough, communicative, and understanding. He worked hard to resolve issues that, apparently, other HVAC providers had overlooked/ignored/slapped a bandaid on. I wish I'd discovered APES years ago. I'm sold.

If you are looking for a HVAC specialist, look no further. I have been using A & M Mechanical for over 5+ years to maintenance my A/C and heating units. They have always been extremely knowledgable, professional and honest. Their worksmanship and customer service are top notch. They will give you an honest assessment of your equipment and options to service the equipment always balancing costs and outcomes. I had to replace my existing A/C units and heating units last December. I wanted to write this review after 6 months to ensure the equipment installed was performing exactly like expected. As expected, the American Standard units are performing wonderfully. Amy and Mark were excellent in helping me identify the A/C and heating units and options that would match my needs and keep my house cool/warm. Their installation and worksmanship was excellent. We had Mike Windle come out as a second opinion on an AC fix and he got us fixed up for a fraction of the cost we were quoted by the big guys. I can't describe how awesome he was and how appreciative we are that he was straightforward and honest with us. Hands down the best experience with HVAC that I've ever had!

Called because was having drain issues water wasnt going down backing up black things coming up the drains Shawn carden my tech was the best found that there was a major problem throughout my whole neighborhood of townhouses will b fixed by my hoa and not me Even better! Thanks again shawn your the best!!! and another guy came to help him didn't know his name tho highly recomend he went above and beyond for sure make sure I was taken care of and the hoa is covering expenses and not me he made sure of that !thank u shawn!

I called in and spoke to Joanna who was friendly and helped me. Joanna was able to schedule to have someone come out and within an hour they sent someone. They let me know when they were on their way and even showed up before the time I was quoted. I had repairman John who was on time. John was professional and respectful. He listened to my concerns and got right to work. He was very helpful at letting me know what was going on as he was working on things. The service from John and the Comfort One was top notch! Thanks again John!

Shane came to our house on time and was very professional. He thoroughly inspected and cleaned our A/C unit. He answered all of our questions and helped us understand how the unit functions. The service fee was reasonable and we feel confident recommending A/C Works to family and friends.

KJ's Cooling and Heating came as a recommendation. When our AC went out, I contacted Brett and he had his staff send out Treno the next morning. Treno was professional, and got the AC unit back up and running. This has been the hottest summer ever in Phoenix and these guys didn't miss a beat. I found them to be trustworthy, respectful and very professional as they were with my neighbors a couple months ago.
