Best Routine Cleaning in Phoenix AZ

Our kitchen sink was clogged and they came out immediately. We appreciated everything they did to help us. They were thorough and put a camera into the pipe to see the clog. Our pipe was broken and needed extensive repairs. They did all of this for free since we could not afford the cost of pipe replacement. I would highly recommend them.

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

I needed a septic tank pumped within a week. Since this is not something I do on a regular basis, I wasn't sure where to go. I used Google to search for companies in the Phoenix area. The first company I called made it sound like a major project. When I called A American Septic, Waley Witham told me that it shouldn't be a major project. He was able to access my house plans and locate where my septic was most likely located. He sent me an email with a very fair estimate.

Within a week, Taylor from A American Septic showed upto take care of the job. I was concerned since I didn't know the exact location of my septic tank that a major part of my land scaping would have to be dug up.

Taylor took care of locating the tank within a few minutes of arriving (I have lived in the house 26 years and never knew where the tank was). After Taylor located the tank, he began digging. The amount of landscaping that was disturbed was a small area of about 5X5 feet. Taylor knocked the job out in a short time and put the landscaping back as if he was never there. I was very impressed!! The price I was charged was the low end of the quote that Waley quoted me.

I normally check Google for ratings before I hire a company to do work that I am not familiar with. I am writing this rating for others that also use ratings to find reliable companies. This company does exactly what it says and doesn't have any hidden costs. I would give the 6 stars if it was available.

My client's used them to pump and certify their septic for a sale. They came out and pumped and charges my clients over $1000.00 and told them their front baffle was broken and they would send a quote to fix it. They then sent a certificate that said the septic didn't work due to the baffle and a quote of $1505.00 to fix a front baffle. We had another company out and they fixed it for $500.00. I would not trust this company.

Duck's Septic has been our go to since 2014 and we've always received top quality professional service for all of our septic needs. More recently we needed them to help with a last minute pump, inspection, and certification in a timely manner and they came through for us with flying colors and quality work. Great company give them a call.

Thank you Monty & Coopers for sending him out! The company is great. They sent Monty out quickly to fix our sink and septic problem. He was really nice & respectful to my parents & myself. He had knowledge of our system because we have used this company before. When he uncloged our sink he left no mess for me to clean up. (Thank you Monty!) Also don't forget the office staff who do a great job also. I would 100% recommend using this company they have always been honest and uave fair pricing also.

I highly recommend this company!! I was in a pinch and needed someone out same day to pump a full tank. Sierra called the tech and was able to squeeze me in same day. Thank goodness! Sierra has been absolutely fantastic to work with!!! She's super responsive, answered all my questions and is very knowledgeable. She provided me with helpful updates on when the tech was going to be out. She's definitely a high quality employee. The other receptionist who worked with her was very helpful and knowledgeable as well. I am very happy with the service I received today. Thank you Sierra and Septic Technologies Inc. Not only Blue Plumbers take care of my initial issue, but they also went above and beyond by helping me out with another water valve as a courtesy. This level of service truly sets them apart from other plumbing companies. It is not always easy to find a good plumber that you can trust to get the job done right, but this company exceeded my expectations in every way.

Mark (the owner) quoted me $600-800 to fix a toilet that wouldn't stop running, while telling me I was wasting his time because it was 3am (despite being listed online as a 24 hour plumber) Granted this was early morning on Thanksgiving, I had been quoted by two others at 150 each, but they simply didn't have room in their schedule immediately. I guess this explains why Mark does. I don't think I've ever been spoken to so rudely by a business owner.
