Goettl tech Elvin was simply fabulous. He arrived on time, wore his shoe covers whenever in the house. Did a thorough check of heating system and is having the manufacturer confirm his readings. We had a problem with the AC condensation overflowing into shower, found our primary outflow hose and vacuumed out the hose - it now works. He checked all the reading in the AC Unit on the roof and then replaced the batteries in the smoke alarms.

He communicated with us every step of the way - excellent.

Finally, as we have the Sadie Maintenance Package there was not additional charges. We could not be happier with the service.

I reached out to this company on a Thursday night and I had a new AC installed by Tuesday. What unbelievable service they provided. I had 2 other AC companies come out and provide estimates and Cactus Mechanical blew their quotes out of the water. Do not get a new AC without reaching out to them and save yourself thousands.

If I could use one word I'd use excellent. Frank, Alarico and the rest of thier crew took their time and were very careful when replacing my ac unit. Thank u guys so much

The service was amazing from this team. They installed our HVAC system and thermostat and their communication was awesome. There were knowledgeable and prompt.

They came out to our house quickly got the unit to start blowing again but did not check to see if it was blowing cold air. Charged is $350 and told us it would start cooling down but would take hours. After hours of waiting and the temperature was rising i called they assured me it would cool down. Again waited a few hours called back i left message since they didnt answer. They didnt bother calling me back so i called AGAIN. After explaining to the tech that we had to leave our home because it was too hot he said he'd be back the next morning at 6am and that we needed to.be there on time because he was going out of his way to come back to our house. Excuse me?! He should have made sure it was working properly the first time!!!! When he came back the next morning he discovered that our compressor went out and it was best if we would get a whole new unit which he quoted at $6250. Not only did he give us a very high quote since we found a better deal for $5100. But if just air had done a thorough exam of the unit the first time we wouldnt be out $350 we never would have had a unit worked on if we had to replace it anyway.

Service technician (Raymond) is great. He answers all my questions and always gives me all the time I need to go over everything. He is very professional and honest. I request him to service my AC unit every time.

We've been using Benefit Air for almost fifteen years. They are always so easy to book an appointment, arrive on time, complete the work within their time frame, and are always courteous and thorough. We use them for our residence and all our rentals and wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

My a/c stopped working and Lilcoln Air & Plumbing did an outstanding job from the time I called, until the end of the service. They were able to come to my house the day after I called them which was huge being that no a/c in Arizona is quite miserable. Jeff B was my technician and he was amazing! He did a great job of explaining what was going on, why it was happening, and the next steps he would take. He was very honest and upfront with me throughout the entire process, including informing me of the cost of his services BEFORE he did anything. There was a lot wrong with my a/c unit, but he was able to fix it and make it good as new! I am very pleased with my experience with both Lincoln Air & Plumbing and my technician, Jeff. Jose and Javier visited me today to perform an annual check up on my HVAC system. I had many questions for them and they were both very professional and patient. While I don’t have the technical chops to do this work myself, I feel like I received quite the education today and know so much more about the functionality of my system. They were so personable that it led to me having them return tomorrow for duct and dryer vent cleaning, a new thermostat, and some additional proactive maintenance items to help prolong the life of my 6 year old unit. I would highly recommend Ace but more specifically in my experience, team Javier and Jose.

On a typical Phoenix summer night of 105 degrees my a/c went out. At about 10 p.m. I sent an email to Comfort One with the hope that they would be able to come out is in a couple of days anyway.
I was pleasantly surprised when at 6 a.m. I received an email and a text that they could be out to see me at 9:30 that morning. I accepted and it came to pass. I've been using Comfort One for a number of years. So many HVAC companies take advantage of the consumer's lack of knowledge and panicked state of mind. Comfort One can be trusted completely. That's why I feel comfortable referring this company to my friends and family.

The work man came out and inspected out air conditioner. He was prompt, professional and arrived on time. He seemed thorough in this inspection. We have no complaints.
