Albert was great. Unfortunately my issue ended up being a bit more complicated than one visit could fix, but he did clear some space and even had an associate come out with a camera which they didn't charge me for. Luckily for me the issue was in a part of my pipe not located within my unit and my HOA footed the bill to tend to the issue using their own plumber. Otherwise I probably would have called Hero back. We had a hose bib go out on our backyard pipe and had to shut the water off until it was fixed which is obviously not ideal. Called Reddi on Easter Sunday and they had a technician out in no time. Pepe, our technician was beyond amazing and professional in every sense. Can't recommend Reddi more and thankful for the responsiveness and help they provided!
